49 Howard Street, Unit 4S — SoHo Loft Concept

Tucked away on Howard Street, just steps from the dynamic rhythm of SoHo, Residence 4S reflects the spirit of a true New York loft. The architectural development of this residencewas not carried out by me; rather, I chose this location for its characterand context, and reimagined it through a digital architectural project.

My work focused on creating a unique interior design concept: furniture selection, lighting design, and atmosphere direction, while also developing custom materials and textures that highlight both refinement and imperfection. Scratches, grunge details, and worn surfaces coexistwith minimalist finishes to create a balanced, authentic identity.

This project is a personal vision of what the loft could become whenits raw architecture is reinterpreted through digital design.
