正是在这片连接历史与未来的土地上，海玥黄浦源生长而出。它不只是豪宅的代名词，而是一种都市精神的再创造。项目设计延续了现代主义“少即是多”的核心命题，却在细节与叙事中融入当代语境，让居所成为“空间的艺术”与“生活的舞台”。

It is on this land that connects history and the future that Haiyue and Huangpu River grow out. It is not just a synonym for luxury homes, but a recreation of urban spirit. The project design continues the core proposition of modernism that ’less is more’, but incorporates contemporary context into details and narratives, making the residence an ’art of space’ and a ’stage of life’.

“建筑是秩序与光影的诗篇”

进入客厅，首先映入眼帘的是大面积的背景墙：亚马逊绿奢石与对称的肌理如同抽象画作般展开，在克制与理性的秩序中，释放一种庄重的力量，凝练出庄重的气韵。木饰面的细腻肌理与石材的冷峻形成对话，冷与暖、硬与柔，既对比又和谐，犹如城市节奏的二重奏。

Entering the living room, the first thing that catches the eye is a large background wall: Amazon green luxury stones and symmetrical textures unfold like abstract paintings, releasing a solemn power in a restrained and rational order, condensing a solemn aura. The delicate texture of wood veneer and the coldness of stone form a dialogue, cold and warm, hard and soft, both contrasting and harmonious, like a duet of urban rhythm.

设计师采取了一体化布局——将客厅、餐厅与开放式厨房串联，让空间的界限消融。

The designer adopted an integrated layout - connecting the living room, dining room, and open kitchen to dissolve the boundaries of the space.

墙体的消减，不是物理上的剥夺，而是精神上的延展。

The reduction of walls is not a physical deprivation, but a spiritual extension.

家庭关系在此不再被墙体隔阂，而是在空间的开放性中找到交流的可能。

Family relationships are no longer separated by walls here, but find the possibility of communication in the openness of space.

在这里，功能并非单一的堆叠，而是一种叙事的展开。用餐时，餐桌旁的壁灯照亮食物的温润色泽。休闲时，沙发区的落地窗把黄浦江夜色纳入室内。秩序在空间中被重塑，让居住者在每一刻都能感受到设计的逻辑与诗意。

Here, functionality is not a single stack, but a narrative unfolding. During meals, the wall lamp next to the dining table illuminates the warm color of the food. During leisure, the french window in the sofa area bring the night of Huangpu River into the room. Order is reshaped in space, allowing residents to feel the logic and poetry of the design at every moment.

在家具的语汇中，理性不再是冰冷，而是生活的秩序。

In the vocabulary of furniture, rationality is no longer cold, but the order of life.

在细节的雕琢中，经典不再是复古，而是优雅的当下。

In the refinement of details, classics are no longer retro, but elegant in the present.

巴塞罗那椅以其极简的几何线条，回应公共空间的理性之美；马塞尔·布劳耶的钢管椅，以冷冽而直白的材质语言，呼应当代的工业精神；切斯特菲尔德沙发，则在经典的纽扣褶皱中，传递时间的厚度与优雅的分量。

The Barcelona chair responds to the rational beauty of public space with its minimalist geometric lines; Marcel Breuer’s steel tube chair, with its cold and straightforward material language, echoes the contemporary industrial spirit; The Chesterfield sofa, in its classic button folds, conveys the thickness of time and the weight of elegance.

家具早已超越附属的角色，而是空间叙事的一部分。它们既是身体的承载物，也是精神的投射物。在黄浦江的夜晚，居住者靠坐在椅子上，灯光照亮石材肌理的冷静与温润，家具与建筑之间产生了某种“和弦”，让生活与艺术彼此共鸣。

Furniture has long surpassed its attached role and become a part of spatial narrative. They are both carriers of the body and projections of the spirit. At night on the Huangpu River, residents sit back in chairs, the light illuminating the calm and warm texture of the stone, creating a certain "chord" between furniture and architecture, allowing life and art to resonate with each other.

这种家具与空间的呼应，使室内成为一个多重语境的剧场：既有现代主义的冷峻，也有当代都市的温度。生活于此，既是日常的展开，也是艺术的再创造。

The resonance between this furniture and space makes the interior a theater with multiple contexts: both the coldness of modernism and the warmth of contemporary cities. Living here is not only the unfolding of daily life, but also the recreation of art.

建筑的诞生，并非始于宏图，而是在你郑重放下两块砖的那一刻。

Architecture starts when you carefully put two bricks together. — 密斯·凡德罗

在空间的演绎中，形式不再是束缚，而是自由的表达。主卧套间的设计，是自由与结构的结合。设计师将主卧、主卫、衣帽间与书房整合为完整的生活单元。

In the interpretation of space, form is no longer a constraint, but a free expression. The design of the master bedroom suite is a combination of freedom and structure. The designer integrated the master bedroom, master bathroom, dressing room, and study into a complete living unit.

在这里，墙体不是僵硬的界限，而是可以旋转、移动、滑动的动态结构。居住者可以在完全开放的空间里享受通透的自由，也可以通过分隔创造私密的氛围。

Here, the wall is not a rigid boundary, but a dynamic structure that can rotate, move, and slide. Residents can enjoy transparent freedom in fully open spaces, or create a private atmosphere through partitioning.

主卧

空间的机能与精神层面在此叠合。衣帽间与书房的联动，让生活的日常与精神的修养并置。

The function of space overlaps with the spiritual level here. The linkage between the dressing room and the study allows for the coexistence of daily life and spiritual cultivation.

浴室与卧室的流动，让身体的舒适与精神的松弛在同一呼吸中发生。壁布与皮革的材质混搭，触感与视觉的双重体验，提升了空间的层次感。

The flow between the bathroom and bedroom allows for physical comfort and mental relaxation to occur in the same breath. The combination of wallpaper and leather materials provides a dual tactile and visual experience, enhancing the sense of hierarchy in the space.

主卧浴室

这种流动性不仅仅是一种形式创新，更是对当代生活方式的精准回应。繁忙的都市节奏下，居住者渴望的不只是“房间”，而是一种能够随心调节的“生活舞台”。在这里，空间成为个人气质的延展，而非生活的束缚。

This liquidity is not only a form of innovation, but also a precise response to contemporary lifestyles. Under the busy urban rhythm, residents crave not only "rooms", but also a "life stage" that can be adjusted as they please. Here, space becomes an extension of personal temperament rather than a constraint of life.

次卧

江与城的交织，不只是自然与都市的对话，更是空间与精神的共鸣。每一个细节的雕琢，都在塑造空间的品格；每一处开放与留白，都在延展生活的可能。

The interweaving of rivers and cities is not only a dialogue between nature and the city, but also a resonance between space and spirit. Every detail of carving is shaping the character of the space; Every openness and blank space is expanding the possibilities of life.

海玥黄浦源并不是一处传统意义上的豪宅。它不仅在尺度与材质上追求极致，更在设计语言中回应了城市的精神与时代的语境。

Haiyue Huangpu Yuan is not a luxury mansion in the traditional sense. It not only pursues perfection in scale and material, but also responds to the spirit of the city and the context of the times in its design language.

它将黄浦江的历史厚度与上海中心的现代高度融入居所之中，把“少即是多”的理性哲学转译成当代生活的诗意表达。居住者在其中，不仅获得安静的居住体验，更能感受到一种“精神的自由”与“生活的尊严”。

It integrates the historical depth of the Huangpu River and the modern height of Shanghai center into the residence, and translates the rational philosophy of "less is more" into the poetic expression of contemporary life. Residents not only enjoy a peaceful living experience, but also feel a sense of ’spiritual freedom’ and ’dignity of life’.

当黄浦江的潮水与城市的灯火在此交汇，这片空间不仅仅是家，而是一首属于上海的当代史诗。

When the tide of Huangpu River meets the lights of the city here, this space is not just a home, but a contemporary epic belonging to Shanghai.
