Originally an aging and deteriorated structure with traditional design elements, the villa had fallen into disrepair over the years, making it both functionally and aesthetically outdated. The decision was made not just to renovate, but to completely rebuild the villa from the ground up—preserving the emotional value of the location while introducing a bold new chapter in its architectural journey. The result is a stunning modern-style villa that redefines the space through simplicity, sophistication, and seamless integration with its natural surroundings.

The project began with a full-scale demolition of the old structure, which had suffered extensive damage and no longer met the needs or standards of modern living. The design and construction team approached the task with a vision of clarity—treating the cleared land as a blank canvas. Careful planning was undertaken to respect the site’s original footprint while optimizing space, orientation, and circulation.
