Mid-Rise Commercial and Office Building – Architectural DesignDesigned a contemporary mid-rise building combining commercial and office functions with an emphasis on modern aesthetics and efficient spatial organization. The project includes a ground floor with integrated parking, three commercial levels, and upper floors dedicated to offices, supported by a full basement parking facility. The façade showcases refined glass balconies, dynamic horizontal lines, and recessed terraces that create visual rhythm and depth.

Key design accomplishments include developing an elegant exterior identity that balances transparency and privacy, optimizing natural light without compromising energy efficiency, and achieving a coherent design language across mixed-use floors. The major design challenge was integrating multiple functions within a compact urban footprint while maintaining circulation clarity and parking efficiency—successfully resolved through careful planning and modular façade alignment. The grand entrance, designed as a focal point, enhances user experience and creates a strong architectural presence in the urban context.
