DAGA大观新作:花房漫时光,篷布建筑的焕新再现丨中国河北丨DAGA大观建筑

在中国绿发文安生态旅游度假区优美的环境里，藏着一个由两座篷房和四间瓦房构成的小院餐厅，伴随着度假区整体的品质提升，这组临时搭建的建筑组群迎来了他们的焕新时刻。

Nestled within the scenic Wen’an Ecological Resort of CGDG is a small courtyard restaurant comprising two tents and four tiled houses. With the resort’s overall quality enhancement, this temporarily constructed cluster is now poised for renewal.

如何用轻介入的建筑改造手法，既保留原建筑有价值的空间又去除整体建筑给游客的临时感；如何创造更吸引人的商业体验，既符合度假区的整体松弛氛围又可以因其独特性成为度假区的旅行目的地。受中国绿发的委托，DAGA将在这个特殊的改造项目中探索以上问题的设计思路。

The design challenge is to apply a light-touch intervention that preserves the spatial value of the existing buildings while eliminating their temporary character, and to create a more engaging commercial experience that aligns with the resort’s relaxed atmosphere while establishing the site as a distinctive destination. Commissioned by CGDG, DAGA explores these questions through this renovation project.

改造前的小院餐厅由四间瓦房和两座篷房构成，四间瓦房是原始的民宅，现作为餐厅的包间使用。而两座篷房则是刚建成不久的作为团餐使用的大空间建筑。

The courtyard restaurant originally consisted of four tiled houses—former traditional dwellings now serving as private dining rooms—and two recently built tents used as large dining spaces for group meals.

DAGA采取轻介入的建筑改造手法，使用钢结构连廊将功能分散、联系薄弱的四栋独立建筑串联构建出统一整体的建筑形式。通过这一介入，建筑群由原先的“分散点”转变为“有机体”，极大提升了整体的可达性与使用效率。

DAGA employs a light-intervention renovation strategy, using a steel corridor to link four previously dispersed buildings into a cohesive architectural whole. This transformation converts the cluster from isolated units into an integrated organism, enhancing both accessibility and spatial efficiency.

改造设计引入矮墙系统。一方面巧妙地遮挡各类设备与后勤区域，提升了整体环境品质；另一方面，它们也成为空间的界面元素，重新界定了场地边界，梳理出清晰的动线与活动区域。矮墙在尺度上兼顾亲和与引导，既是景观构成的一部分，也成为秩序组织的隐形手段。▼改造设计引入矮墙系统，Renovation design introduces low wall system © DAGA Architects

The renovation introduces a low-wall system that conceals equipment and service areas while enhancing the overall spatial quality. Simultaneously, these walls serve as interface elements that redefine site boundaries and clarify circulation and activity zones. Their scale balances intimacy and guidance, functioning both as part of the landscape composition and as a subtle device for spatial organization.

为了适应度假区的整体松弛氛围，设计营造了多样化的休闲商业场景，除花房餐厅功能外，还引入咖啡、烧烤等不同业态，并在场地中央设置露天空间，用于表演、游戏与社交活动，进一步增强互动性与参与感。丰富的功能叠加使场地不再只是餐饮或配套商业，而是一个集聚人气、承载多元体验的“开放舞台”。▼多重商业业态的组合，Combination of multiple business formats © DAGA Architects

To align with the resort’s relaxed atmosphere, the design creates diverse leisure and commercial scenes. In addition to the main restaurant, it incorporates cafés, barbecue areas, and an open-air plaza for performances, games, and social activities, enhancing interaction and engagement. The layered functions transform the site from a simple dining facility into an “open stage” that attracts visitors and supports multiple experiences.

设计概念强调融合与更新：一方面尊重原有建筑的存在基础，另一方面通过连廊与矮墙赋予新秩序；一方面解决实际问题，另一方面营造松弛自然的氛围。设计亮点不仅在于物理层面的改造，更在于通过简洁有效的手段，实现环境品质的全面提升。最终以低干预、高整合的方式，完成了从功能分散到整体统一、从杂乱无序到清晰有序的转变。

The design concept emphasizes integration and renewal: it respects the existing buildings while introducing new order through corridors and low walls; it addresses practical needs while fostering a relaxed, natural atmosphere. The project’s significance lies not only in physical renovation but in elevating overall environmental quality through simple and effective interventions. Ultimately, it achieves a low-impact, highly integrated transformation—from dispersed functions to a unified whole, from disorder to clarity.
