Text description provided by the architects. In this project, from the very beginning, the site was seen as a central element: two large trees at the entrance became leading elements, guiding the design of the house and reinforcing the natural character that surrounds it.

The entrance is via winding paths that disappear amidst dense landscaping, gradually revealing the building. The first block, taller and entirely enclosed by large frames, opens to the exterior, blurring the boundaries between interior and nature. There, integration with the vegetation and landscape is complete, providing an immersive experience.

Inserted more privately within this first pavilion, which functions as a solid void, a functional block houses the kitchen and laundry area almost imperceptibly. The circulation area connects the more private and introspective volume: the private sector of the house. In this space, the bedrooms are arranged along a corridor open to the side garden, while a large terrace connects all the bedrooms, offering a direct connection to the pool.

Taking advantage of the clients' great appreciation for games, the project was named Jenga House, a reference to the game in which small blocks are removed from a tower without losing its balance. Similarly, the bedroom pavilion appears to detach from the main structure, like a calculated gesture of displacement. This operation gives the project a playful and conceptual identity, reinforcing the idea of ​​structural lightness and balance between solids and voids. The layout also features a table exclusively dedicated to games, reinforcing the project's personality.

With modernist lines and a minimalist interior, the project emphasizes the purity of the volumes and the simplicity of the materials. The limited yet expressive use of finishes emphasizes the architectural essence, while the carefully selected designer furniture completes the residence's unique identity.

More than a house, it is an architectural experience where transparency, dense vegetation, and formal synthesis are balanced to create a space for contemplation, warmth, and sophistication.
