项目背景

Background

1958年，松江化肥厂在上海南部诞生。它是新中国成立初期的重要工业样本，承载着“以化肥促农业、以工业兴地方”的历史使命。红砖、钢架与烟囱构成了那个年代的工业风景，也成为一代人“建设理想”的具象印记。伴随城市扩张与产业结构调整，厂区逐渐退出生产序列，闲置多年。但在城市的肌理中，它的存在始终无法被抹去——那些墙体的裂痕、钢梁的锈迹、阳光洒落的尘埃，都记录着松江工业文明的起点。

Established in 1958 in southern Shanghai, the Songjiang Fertilizer Plant was a key local industry supporting early national modernization. Its red-brick buildings, steel silos, and towering chimneys stood as icons of industrial progress and collective memory from a defining era. As the city expanded and industries evolved, the factory gradually fell silent. Yet its presence endures in the urban fabric—cracks in the walls, rust on the steel, and sunlight filtering through dust still whisper the origins of Songjiang’s industrial legacy.

为有效盘活存量资产、延续场所记忆，2018年由上海华谊集团启动改造计划，对该厂区实施更新改造，通过空间更新与文化再造，化肥厂从“生产的机器”转变为以运动露营为主，萌宠集市、文创餐饮配套，并结合品牌艺术策展的时尚运动公园，使原本封闭的工业厂区转变为可漫步、可停留、可参与的城市公共空间。

To revitalize the underused site and preserve its memory, Shanghai Huayi Group launched a renewal plan in 2018 for the former Songjiang Fertilizer Plant. Through spatial and cultural transformation, the factory evolved from a “production machine” into a lifestyle-driven urban park—centered on sports and camping, complemented by pet markets, creative retail, and curated brand events—opening the once-enclosed industrial grounds to public life and interaction.

Design Concept｜Field Office Park（FOP）

基于“FOP（Field Office Park）”的理念为核心设计逻辑，探索区别于传统城市高密度办公的生态化创新空间模式。以自然为基底、以开放为边界，让人、建筑与环境相互渗透、共生共长。通过玻璃幕墙、金属立面与生态绿化系统，形成“新旧共生”的建筑表情。设计不追求抹去历史，而是以并置共存的方式重塑场所精神，让时间的痕迹成为新的审美语言。

The design is rooted in the “FOP (Field Office Park)” concept, offering an ecological alternative to traditional high-density urban offices. Nature forms the foundation, openness defines the boundary—creating a symbiotic relationship between people, buildings, and the environment. Glass façades, metal cladding, and vertical greenery work together to express a dialogue between old and new. History is not erased but embedded—becoming an integral part of contemporary experience.

空间策略｜新旧融合重塑场所

Space strategy

整体规划充分尊重原有建筑格局，采取“原址加固改造 + 局部新建置换”的策略，实现历史文脉与当代功能的平衡。场地北侧以保留为主，大部分建筑通过结构加固与局部修缮的方式得以延续，保持原有的尺度与肌理，最大限度地保留了工业遗存的真实性与场所记忆；场地南侧则针对危房及存在消防隐患的建筑进行拆除重建，采用新建体量与旧厂房形成对话关系，在材质、尺度与空间节奏上呼应历史建筑。

The overall planning respects the site’s original layout and adopts a strategy of structural reinforcement combined with selective reconstruction to achieve a balance between historical continuity and contemporary functionality. On the north side, most of the original buildings are retained, with their scale and texture preserved through structural reinforcement and restoration, ensuring the authenticity and memory of the industrial legacy is maintained to the greatest extent. On the south side, dilapidated structures are removed and replaced with new volumes that engage in a dialogue with the old factory buildings. The new architecture echoes the historical context through its materiality, scale, and rhythm, breathing new life into the site.

#44/51：作为多功能艺术和文化空间，延续厂房原拱形结构，与广场空间形成连续界面，实现建筑与公共活动场所的自然衔接。

As a multifunctional art and cultural venue, the design retains the original arched structure of the factory, creating a continuous interface with the plaza and enabling a seamless connection between architecture and public space.

#61/65：建筑在保持原有体量与结构的基础上，植入当代功能与界面语言。折型穿孔铝板包裹立面，通过材质肌理差异区分功能属性，轻量化金属系统完成低能耗更新。

#40/41/42/43：延续#61/65的表皮设计逻辑，阳光在铝板与旧砖墙之间流动，形成半通透的视觉效果。黑色弧形楼梯成为视觉焦点，展现工业与艺术并存的张力。

Building on the architectural language of # 61/65, sunlight filters between perforated aluminum panels and preserved brick walls, producing a layered, semi-transparent façade. At the core, a sculptural black spiral staircase anchors the space—fusing industrial grit with artistic finesse.

#36/37厂房：原厂房层高较高，空间潜力充分。改造中通过插层设计重新组织内部功能，形成多层次的使用空间，既提升了建筑的利用效率，又保留了原有结构的尺度感与工业气质。外立面通过扩大开窗比例增强自然采光与通风性能，使室内外景观形成更强的视觉联系，营造出开放、通透的空间体验。

With generous floor-to-ceiling heights, the original factory offered great spatial potential. The renovation introduced mezzanine levels to reorganize interior functions, creating a more layered spatial experience. This improved space efficiency while preserving the original industrial scale and character. Enlarged windows enhance daylight and natural ventilation, strengthening the visual connection between indoors and outdoors and fostering a more open, breathable atmosphere.

# 17/18/19：保留该区域场地内原有乔木与构筑物，使自然与建筑相互渗透。通过光影、材质与结构的对话，塑造出既承载历史记忆又具当代气质的空间氛围。园区在延续工业精神的基础上，实现了理性秩序与自然生长的和谐共生。

Existing trees and structures on site were preserved, allowing nature to intertwine with architecture. Through the interplay of light, material, and structure, the space evokes both historical memory and contemporary character. The campus reflects a harmonious coexistence of industrial order and organic growth.

退台办公（新建）：通过退台设计形成多个空中露台，打破传统办公空间的封闭性。退台间的绿化与垂直交通系统相互交织，构成立体化社交空间，促进非正式交流的发生。

Terraced Office (New Build): A series of cascading terraces breaks the enclosure of traditional office typologies. Lush greenery intertwines with the vertical circulation to create multi-level social spaces that encourage informal interaction and connection.

公寓（新建）

Apartment (New Build)

在改造过程中，场地内原有的两处工业遗存，它们曾以独特的结构和材质，见证了化肥厂的历史。在设计阶段进行保留，作为工业记忆的重要象征，也为场地增添了鲜明的时代印记。然而在后续施工与安全评估阶段，由于结构老化及安全隐患，这两处遗存最终被遗憾拆除。

During the renovation process, two industrial relics on site—once bearing witness to the fertilizer plant’s production era with their distinctive structures and materials—were initially planned for preservation. They were seen as powerful symbols of industrial memory, intended to leave a lasting historical imprint on the site. However, following safety evaluations during construction, both structures were regrettably removed due to severe aging and structural concerns.

结语

Conclusion

我们不仅在进行改造，更是在通过新与旧的融合，塑造一个让历史与当代并行生长的场域。从而让时间的层次成为空间体验的重要组成部分，也赋予场地持续生长的生命力。三里仓1958在延续工业记忆的基础上，实现从封闭厂区到城市公共空间的转变。以可持续化化设计回应时代需求，以多元业态激发城市活力，让工业遗产在新的城市语境中，继续成为时代的能量之源。

This transformation is not merely a renovation, but a dialogue between the past and the present—where the old and new coexist to create a space that grows with time. History is preserved, not erased, becoming part of the contemporary experience. Sanli Cang 1958 marks the shift from a closed industrial site to an open urban park. By integrating sustainable design and diverse programming, the project breathes new life into industrial heritage, turning it into a vibrant destination for public life and cultural engagement.
