省议会宫室内修缮与更新丨比利时丨FELT architectuur & design

省议会宫（Provinciaal Hof）是一座位于布鲁日大广场（Grote Markt）上的受保护历史建筑。经过多年闲置，这座建筑如今完成了修缮与更新，成为一个充满活力的当代游客与信息中心。FELT事务所在WinVorm竞赛中赢得了该项目的设计方案，他们为这座十九世纪的新哥特式宫殿注入了新的公共与展览功能。其设计提案将底层重新想象为公共空间的延伸，在历史的框架之中创造了一个中央广场般的开放空间。

The Provinciaal Hof (Provincial Palace) is a listed monument on the Grote Markt in Bruges that, after years of inactivity, has been renovated and given a new purpose as a vibrant, contemporary visitor and information center. FELT won the WinVorm competition for the design of the new center and event spaces within this 19th- century neo-Gothic palace. Their proposal reimagined the ground floor as an extension of the public space, creating a central plaza within the historic decorum.

改造的每一个环节都经过精心规划，既尊重建筑原有的历史特征，又为未来的使用方式做出预设。鉴于建筑结构的复杂性，改善无障碍与舒适性成为重点。如今的大堂作为建筑的核心区域，引导访客前往中心的不同功能区与展览空间。原有于1990年代铺设的非原始石材地面被新的水磨石地坪取代，其夸张的棋盘格纹理在隐约回应原先房间划分的同时，形成了统一的论坛空间。嵌入地面的金属网格则整合了先进的技术接口，为灵活的活动布置提供了“即插即用”的节点。

Every aspect of the renovation was carefully planned, respecting the building’s character while anticipating future uses. Improving accessibility and comfort was a major focus given the complexity of the structure. The large hall now acts as the heart of the building, directing visitors to the various parts of the center and exhibition spaces. The non-original natural stone floor from the 1990s was replaced with a new terrazzo floor featuring an oversized checkered pattern, subtly referencing the original articulation of separate rooms while creating a unified forum. A metal grid embedded in the floor integrates state-of-the-art technical solutions, offering plug-and-play nodes for flexible event setups.

论坛两侧布置了辅助功能空间。南侧翼楼新增了一部电梯，经过精确的结构嵌入，为历史建筑引入了亟需的后勤联系，大大便利了工作人员与餐饮服务在楼层间的流通。北侧翼楼新增的楼梯将论坛与新设的卫生间与衣帽间相连。

The forum is flanked by supporting functions organized in the side wings. In the south wing, a new elevator, carefully inserted within the historic structure, creates a much-needed logistic link, greatly facilitating the movement of staff and catering services to the authentic interiors on the upper floors. In the north wing, a new stairway connects the forum to new lavatories and cloakroom facilities.

在一层，历史厅室为会议与研讨活动提供了庄重的场所。这些空间经过清理，去除了低质量的后期改造，并在保持历史风貌的同时，更新以满足当代舒适与功能的标准。

On the first floor, the historic rooms provide a grand setting for conference and meeting facilities. These interiors were stripped of low-quality interventions and updated to meet contemporary standards of comfort and functionality, while preserving their historic character.
