一场山与海的生活对话

A DIALOGUE WITH MOUNTAIN,SEA & LIFE

山，是凝固的浪，嵌入铁与石的骨骼，海，是流动的光，漫过昼与夜的间隙。

青岛龙湖 · 观萃

城市脉络 · 山海铸魂

青岛，一座将山海风骨刻入基因的城市。436公里的海岸线是其蜿蜒的诗行，欧陆风情与厚重的齐鲁文化在此碰撞、交融，编织出独特而浪漫的“青式”文脉。我们的设计，便从这片土地的深厚记忆与磅礴气象中汲取灵感。

Qingdao, a city with the spirit of mountain and sea etched into its DNA. Its 436-kilometer coastline is a meandering verse of poetry, where European elegance collides and blends with the profound Qilu culture, weaving a unique and romantic ’Qingdao Style’ context. Our design draws inspiration from this land’s profound memories and majestic grandeur.

DESING PHILOSOPHY

丨设计畅想丨 - 无界相融 BORDERLESS FUSION

本案以“山海文明”为精神内核，超越风格的界限，追求情感与文化的共鸣。我们以“海派融合”的笔触，将海浪的韵律、山石的肌理、历史的层叠，转译为当代的设计语言。让艺术、自然与生活于此无声对话，构筑一处可游、可憩、可感的心灵栖息地。

This project takes ’Mountain and Sea Civilization’ as its core spirit, transcending stylistic boundaries to pursue the resonance of emotion and culture. With the brushstroke of ’Shanghai-style Fusion,’ we translate the rhythm of waves, the texture of stone, and the layers of history into a contemporary design language. Allowing art, nature, and life to converse here in silence, we construct a sanctuary for the soul that is navigable, restful, and deeply felt.

丨涟漪序曲丨

- 初遇光影

AN ENCOUNTER WITH LIGHT

前厅 | Lobby

故事的起点，来自一场光与影的仪式迎宾。灵感源自青岛海水脉络，定制艺术雕塑凝固浪花瞬间，背景墙以层叠起伏的波浪造型成为视觉焦点。光线漫过这面"浪墙"，抵达的刹那，心便安住于山海之间。

The story begins with a ceremony of light and shadow. Drawing inspiration from the essence of Qingdao’s sea, a custom-crafted metal sculpture captures a moment of splashing waves. The backdrop, with its layered, undulating wave-like form, becomes the visual anchor. Light washes over this "wave wall"—in the moment of arrival, the heart finds its harbor between mountain and sea.

- 流动的诗篇 A FLOWING POEM

连接空间的纽带，被赋予超越功能的艺术价值。我们将其视为一座流动的雕塑，光线被精心设计，顺着台阶流淌，在墙面投下富有韵律的影子。每一步的拾级而上，都仿佛在翻阅一册光影交织的诗集，归家的仪式感油然而生。

This connecting element is endowed with artistic value beyond function. Treated as a flowing sculpture, light is carefully designed to cascade down the steps, casting rhythmic shadows on the walls. Each step upward feels like turning the page of a book of poetry woven from light and shadow, evoking a growing sense of homecoming ritual.

围合沙发区 | Enclosed Seating Area

一处为深度交谈打造的私密绿洲。吊灯如海中繁花般垂落，与印有海浪纹路的精致屏风相映成趣，共同界定出这片宁静的领域。家具的舒适质感与微妙的海洋元素细节，让人仿佛置身于潮汐私语的怀抱中，安心且放松。

A private oasis crafted for in-depth conversation. A chandelier descends like undersea flora, complementing the exquisite screen etched with wave patterns to define this tranquil territory. The comfortable texture of the furniture and subtle marine element details make one feel embraced by the whispering tide, secure and relaxed.

沙盘区 | Model Area

沙盘区是未来城市的微缩舞台。设计以海浪线条勾勒基座轮廓，光线如波光般聚焦于模型之上，在建筑与道路间流淌。于此，可直观感受一座理想之城正破浪而生。

This area is a miniature stage for the future city. Its base is shaped by the lines of ocean waves, while light, like shimmering reflections, flows over the buildings and pathways. Here, one witnesses an ideal city rising from the sea.

水吧 | Fruit & Water Bar

水吧区是一个提供能量与松弛感的社交驿站。这里不仅是品茗酌酒的所在，更是一个让思绪暂时停泊、享受片刻微醺与闲适的温情角落。

The bar area serves as a social oasis for refreshment and relaxation. It is not merely a place for drinks, but a warm corner where thoughts can dock, and one can savor a moment of mellow idleness.

这里是深度沟通准备的静谧港湾。中性的色调、舒适的坐具、以及艺术摆件，共同围合出一个令人心绪宁静的场域。光线柔和而聚焦，促使思维沉浸。

A sanctuary for deep conversation. Curated with neutral tones, comfortable seating, and artful accents to cultivate tranquility. Soft, focused lighting encourages mental immersion.

Realm of Waves

水波的灵动韵律，涟漪荡漾的瞬间凝固成永恒的光影艺术。

过厅 | Transitional Hall

步入会所，空中凝固的“水波”吊灯瞬间吸引视线。其设计灵感源自涟漪瞬间，将流动韵律化为永恒光影。光线经不同材质折射，与Irina 「海浪」画作形成艺术对话，使整个空间弥漫着如水般流动的艺术气息。

Upon entering the clubhouse, the sight of a frozen "water wave" chandelier immediately captures the gaze. Inspired by the moment a ripple forms, its design transforms fluid rhythm into an eternal art of light and shadow. Light refracted through varied materials engages in a subtle dialogue with Irina Cumberland’s painting "The Wave," allowing an artistic ambiance to permeate the space like flowing water.

STONE-LIT PASSAGE丨石光隧道丨 - 过渡的哲思

THE PHILOSOPHY OF TRANSITION

序厅 | Prelude Hall

连接不同功能的过渡空间，被赋予冥想般的诗意。透光石皮墙面成为主角，光线穿过时，材质呈现出如玉般的温润光泽，模糊了坚实与通透的界限。

This transitional space, connecting different functions, is imbued with a meditative poetry. The translucent stone panel wall takes center stage; as light passes through, the material glows with a jade-like warmth, blurring the line between solidity and transparency.

序厅 | Prelude Hall

作为空间转换的序章，此处本身就是一件结构艺术品。柔与刚、轻与重，在自然元素雕塑下被重新定义。设计通过体块的交叠、材质的碰撞与光影的介入，构建出丰富的视觉层次，预告着即将展开的空间叙事。

The climax of the experience is a meditative space where the art of light and the essence of nature are woven together. A full living plant wall becomes a canvas for light, with dappled spots drifting like forest shadows across leaves and surfaces. The virtual and real merge with every breath, creating an ethereal yet vibrant immersion that allows one to sense the rhythm of all things growing in deep tranquility.

瑜伽室 | Yoga Room

一处引导身心回归内在平衡的净土。设计摒弃冗余，以纯净的色调、自然的材质和柔和的漫射光为主导。专业的瑜伽垫与辅具静候一旁，等待着每一次的舒展与冥想。

A haven for inner balance. Clean lines, natural materials, and gentle light define this space. With professional mats and props at the ready, it invites stretching, meditation, and return to stillness.

- 活力的觉醒 AWAKENING OF VITALITY

健身房 | Gym

激发身体潜能的现代能量场。毗邻植物光厅，借景自然。镜面延展空间，绿意与富氧空气伴随每一次挥洒，宛若在都市森林中穿行。

An urban energy hub to unlock your potential. Adjacent to the plant-filled Light Hall, it draws in nature. Mirrors expand the space while greenery and fresh oxygen accompany every motion—like moving through a forest in the city.

SKYBORNE LUMINESCENCE丨浮光青穹丨 - 意境的呼吸

THE BREATH OF AMBIANCE

光厅 | Light Hall

体验的高潮，是一个将光影艺术与自然生命共植于斯的冥想空间。整面绿植墙成为光的载体，斑驳的光点如林间疏影，在叶片与墙壁上缓缓游移。虚实于呼吸间交融，空灵且充满生命力的沉浸体验，让人在静谧中感知万物生长的韵律。

丨水境云庭丨 - 无界的悠游

BOUNDLESS IMMERSION

泳池 | Swimming Pool

我们将自然的呼吸融入室内，打造超越健身的沉浸庭院。云石墙壁与水共舞光线，折射出粼粼波光；网格木质屏风透光成画，在地面洒下流动的斑影。游弋于此，实体与意境渐融，身心在此同获治愈。

We bring nature’s breath indoors, creating an immersive courtyard beyond fitness. The marble wall dances with light and water, casting shimmering reflections, while the grid wooden screen filters sunlight into moving patterns. Swimming here, form and poetry merge, healing both body and mind.

更衣室 | Changing Room

一个专注于私密与功能性的精致匣所。设计强调流畅的动线与人性化的细节存储。灯光柔和而具镜前补光效果，木质的温润与石材的清爽相得益彰，让人在更衣整理的过程中，也能保持从容不迫的心境，为接下来的体验做好完美准备。

A refined ’case’ focused on privacy and functionality. The design emphasizes smooth circulation and thoughtful storage details. The lighting is soft yet flattering for the mirror. The warmth of wood and the freshness of stone complement each other, allowing one to maintain a composed demeanor while changing, perfectly preparing for the next experience.

光，落入云石的纹理，海，被绣进屏风的呼吸。我们拾级而上，步入一场永不落幕的潮汐。门内是安眠的岛屿，门外，是整片青岛。
