概况

Brief

华南农业大学综合体育馆总建筑面积52450㎡，建筑层数三层，高23.7m。主要功能包含了能容纳近8000人的甲级主比赛馆、训练馆、游泳馆和配套服务功能。该馆是2025年第十五届全运会首个建成的新场馆，将承担全运会青年排球比赛项目。该体育馆作为广东省重点建设项目，是广东高校规模最大的综合体育馆之一，在满足学校体育教学的同时，能够承接国内一类赛事或国际赛事，建成后曾作为CBA广州龙狮队的主场场馆之一使用。华南农业大学综合体育馆获得2025年度德国标志性建筑奖（ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture）WINNER大奖。

South China Agricultural University (SCAU) Gymnasium contains a Class A main competition hall (nearly 8,000 seats), training hall, swimming pool and supporting service functions, with a total construction area 52,450 square meters, three floors and a height of 23.7 meters. This venue is the first project to be completed for the coming 15th National Games and will host the youth volleyball events in November 2025. As a provincial key construction project and one of the largest university gymnasiums in Guangdong Province, it not only meets the needs of physical education, but can host international or domestic first-class events. Guangzhou Long Lions Basketball Club of Chinese Basketball Association has designated this venue as their home court.

华南农业大学综合体育馆在开创性地采用了开放与社区化理念，设计打破了传统体育馆封闭的建筑界面，通过融合社区共享服务与社交的复合化功能，以及树伞广场、滑板场地、步行骑楼、多层次平台等户外空间，将体育馆打造为一个开放的校园运动与社区活动中心。该设计在提升场馆日常使用率的同时，使体育馆融入校园生活，并创造了充满活力的校园空间和新的场所记忆。

The Gymnasium innovatively adopts open and community-based concepts, rejecting conventional enclosed forms. The design integrates shared community services and mixed-use functions while creating vibrant outdoor spaces—including a tree-canopy square, skatepark, pedestrian arcade, and multi-level platform—to serve as a dynamic hub for campus and community activities. By prioritizing daily usability, the practise strengthens its integration into campus life, fostering a lively, multifunctional space that enriches university landscapes with new social memories.

项目选址与环境融合

Site selection & environmental integration

选址位于华南农业大学校门东侧，具有向校外社区开放共享的条件。场地东西长440m，高差最大13m，西侧和东侧分别通向教学区和生活区，是师生通勤往返的必经之地，设计希望将体育馆打造为一个开放的活力社区中心，以及联系校园东西分区的活力纽带。同时，用地西侧、北侧有生长良好的高大树木，设计通过退让的体量与谦逊的立面设计，使体育馆与周边生态景观完美融合。

Located at the east of SCAU’s main entrance, the project is accessible to external communities while anchoring the campus’s east-west axis. The 440-meter-long site, sloping 13 meters vertically, bridges the western teaching area and eastern living quarters. Situated along frequent commuting routes, the gymnasium acts as both a social catalyst and a transitional space between campus zones. Its receding volumes and understated facades harmonize with exist-ing mature trees, ensuring seamless integration into the surrounding landscape.

开放社区与复合功能

Open community & composite function

体育馆处于校园师生日常往返于教学与生活区之间的路径上，设计师希望将体育馆融入校园生活，成为更具有交往功能的社区中心。设计采用了功能复合与空间开放的社区化设计策略；首先，将泳池、网球训练馆等场馆结合透明的界面沿校内主要道路布置，在主要步行流线旁布置滑板、攀岩场、健身房等更具有日常性与开放性的空间，通过这种开放、互动的体育设施，增加了沿途师生的体验感与参与感。其次，在训练馆、游泳馆门厅设置咖啡厅与休闲吧，首层架空层引入冷饮店、体育用品店等社区服务功能，并布置了休闲坐阶、座椅等设施，为日常路过的师生创造更多可以停留下来的公共性、社区化交往场所。开放与复合的设计使体育馆不再是一个封闭的场馆，而成为一个开放、充满活力的交往社区。

Emphasizing community engagement, the design employs open layouts and mixed functions to transform the gym-nasium into an interactive hub. Key amenities—including swimming pools, tennis courts, and training halls—are designed with transparent interfaces and positioned along campus main roads, while skateparks, climbing walls, and gyms line pedestrian pathways to encourage spontaneous interaction. This strategy not only enhances accessibility but also blurs boundaries between sports infrastructure and everyday campus life, creating a vibrant node that bridg-es functionality and social connectivity. Meanwhile, cafeteria and lounges are provided in the lobbies of the training hall and the natatorium, while community service functions such as stores offering cold drinks and sports goods are planned on the elevated F1. Together with steps and seats, etc., they create more public community spaces for daily social interactions among teachers and students. Such an open and integrated design approach makes the Gymnasium no longer a closed venue, but an open, vibrant community for interactions.

场所营造与沿途体验

Scene creation & experience

在比赛馆与游泳馆之间的街角处，斜向切割的建筑体量围合形成小广场，其中布置了滑板池、冷饮吧、休闲坐阶与休闲展廊，可以容纳运动、社团与各类自发的社交活动。广场上设置了20组伞状遮阳构筑物，形成了以树伞为主题的校园交往空间节点。树伞阵列以华南农业大学校徽中的“萌芽”元素为主题，布置于南北向通风廊道之中，它们适应亚热带地区日照强烈和多雨的气候，创造了全天候的户外活动场所。树伞在广场上创造丰富的光影与舒适的小气候环境，加上广场旁的休闲咖啡吧，这里平日吸引了学生与社区居民在其中运动、聚集、休憩与交流，也在校园中创造了一个承载师生记忆的标志性场所。

At the corner of the competition hall and natatorium, a diagonal building volume encloses a small square featuring a skatepark, cold drinks bar, stairs, and leisure gallery for sports and social activities. Twenty canopy-shaped sunshade structures inspired by the university logo’s “bud” motif create a tree-themed social hub. Adapting to subtropical climates, these canopies provide all-weather shade and microclimate comfort, enhancing daily interactions between teachers and students.

此外，建筑在立面设计了一条类似骑楼街的步行路径，以线带点将树伞广场、休闲平台、休憩区等公共空间串联起来，为往返师生创造了一个开放且充满乐趣的街区。沿途建筑采用骑楼空间与落地玻璃设计，行人可观看到室内的体育活动，实现了室内外的互动的趣味与社区的参与感。

Besides, A pedestrian arcade along the building facade connects the tree canopy square, leisure platform, and rest areas into an open street block, while indoor activities are visible through floor-to-ceiling glass walls that blur in-door-outdoor boundaries and foster community engagement.

农业校园文化表达

Expression of agricultural campus culture

立面设计结合农业大学的学科特点，借鉴了印象派油画中通过色块表达谷穗与谷仓意像的手法，通过设计三种不同穿孔率铝板作为立面 “麦穗”构图母题，形成三种不同明度的暖黄色调，结合穿孔折板幕墙机理表现抽象的“丰收麦浪”意像。立面采用折板渐变的处理，随着光线与观赏角度的变化形成彷如风吹麦浪的丰富的视觉效果，为沿途师生带来步移景异的视觉体验。体育馆立面创造性的将农业学科元素与现代建筑技术融合，使体育建筑融入校园社区，成为展现学科文化、提升文化自信的名片。

The facade design reflects the unique characteristics of SCAU, drawing inspiration from Impressionist oil paintings that utilize color blocks to represent wheat ears and granaries. The facade features three types of aluminum plates with varying perforation rates in a “wheat ear” motif, showcasing three warm yellow tones with differing brightness levels. This, combined with the perforated folded plate curtain wall, abstractly conveys the image of a “harvest gran-ary”. The facade’s folded plate gradient treatment creates a dynamic visual effect, mimicking the scene of wind blowing through waves of wheat as lighting and viewing angles shift, offering a unique visual experience for faculty and students. By integrating elements of the agriculture discipline with modern architectural technology, the gym-nasium becomes a vital part of the campus community, serving as a showcase of disciplinary culture and elevating cultural confidence.

研究性设计策略

Research-based design strategy

这是华南地区少有的在建设过程中融合社区参与和研究性设计策略的大学体育馆。项目在策划阶段通过对校园社区的问卷调查，分析了解师生日常性运动活动的使用需求，在设计阶段提出融合日常使用需求的设计目标，并开展相关的设计研究。

As one of the few university gymnasium in South China that integrates community engagement and research-based design strategy in its construction, this practise launched a campus-wide questionnaire survey and analysis early at its planning stage. The purpose was to understand the daily sports and activity needs of users before any targeted design aim could be established.

The functional layout well meeting users’ daily activity needs, together with the multi-level traffic organization and flexible space utilization, significantly improves the use efficiency of the venue while ensuring the seamless transi-tion between the game and post-game periods.

（1）立体分流的交通组织

Vertical traffic diversion organization

体育馆采用了双首层的设计，实现兼顾校内外人流的立体交通组织，有效保证校内外观众都具有相对独立的流线，平时赛时人流都得到合理的组织。在举办大型赛事时，让校外观众通过校门走上西侧台阶，通过二层平台进入竞赛馆。在校内师生赛时与日常使用时，可通过体育馆北侧道路，从一层入口进入竞赛馆、游泳馆与训练馆的门厅。

The double-ground-floor design and multi-level traffic distribution strategy of the project effectively ensures relative-ly independent circulation routes for internal and external visitors and orderly traffic organization during game and post-game periods. For major sports games, spectators from outside the campus may access steps on the west via the school gate and enter the competition hall via the F2 platform. For university games and post-game period, they may access the complex via the northern road and arrive at the lobbies of the competition hall, natatorium and train-ing hall via the F1 entrance.

（2）弹性可变的使用空间

Flexible and variable usage space

设计通过可变的功能布置为体育馆赋予了多样使用可能，提升场馆的使用效率。其中：主场馆采用三边台设计，可满足大型赛事和校园典礼、表演使用，舞台侧采用多功能设计，可在舞台、主席台、训练场地之间转换。中心球场周边和部分看台坐席设置平时可收起得活动座位，方便非赛时时调整为各类球场，增加日常上课使用的运动场地面积，提升场馆空间的日常利用率。外围附属用房也采用可变的弹性设计，通过可移动隔墙的调整，使房间适应平时与赛事不同的使用需求。

The flexible functional layout of the Gymnasium satisfies diverse use scenarios and promotes the use efficiency of the facility. Specifically, the main hall with three-sided stands can accommodate large-scale sports events, campus ceremonies and performance events. The multi-purpose stage stand enables its different uses as a stage, a rostrum or a training court. Seats around the central sports field and on some seating areas are mobile and removable after the game to accommodate sports courts for post-game uses or increase spaces for students’ PE classes, thus enhancing the daily utilization efficiency. The peripheral auxiliary facilities are also designed flexibly to accommodate future changes. For example, movable partition walls can facilitate different uses during game and post-game periods.

可持续性方面和公共价值

Sustainability & public value

华南农业大学体育馆创造性地将被动式节能技术、参数化技术与农业学科文化元素融合。外立面通过参数化设计的折面铝板通风表皮，既组成了犹如印象派油画中麦穗与谷仓的意像的建筑外形，又实现了以自然通风、采光为主的内部空间。再加上场地周边的保留树木，使体育馆成为校园里展现生态可持续理念与学科文化示范性地标。

The SCAU Gymnasium creatively integrates passive energy-saving technologies, parametric design, and agricultural cultural motifs. The façades features parameterized, folded aluminum panels to facilitate ventilation, which not only evokes an architectural appearance reminiscent of wheat ears and granaries, as often depicted in Impressionist oil paintings, but also ensures natural ventilation and daylighting of the interior spaces. besides, the preserved site trees reinforce its role as a ecological landmark, blending sustainability with campus heritage.
