Concept Design:The corridors are designed with a focus on functionality and pedestrian flow efficiency. The goal is to facilitate smooth movement while also creating small areas where people can pause, interact, or where essential elements can be conveniently placed.

Material Selection:The material palette features durable surfaces such as grey microcement, providing a modern and refined aesthetic. Wooden accents may be incorporated to introduce warmth and a welcoming character to the overall design.

Design Approach:Multiple design options for the corridors have been developed to accommodate both aesthetic and practical requirements, ensuring that each layout optimizes the available space and enhances user experience.

Entrance and Elevator Lobby

Layout Design:The entrance and elevator lobby are conceived to ensure a seamless and intuitive circulation flow for residents and visitors. Particular attention has been given to accessibility and proximity to the elevators, enhancing the overall user experience.

Material Details:The choice of materials in these areas aims to convey an immediate sense of quality and comfort. Finishes such as wood and other premium materials are used to create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere.
