每一栋建筑都是一个独立的实体。它具有存在和改造的价值和意义。与周围环境紧密交织赋予旧建筑新身份，设计提出跨代社区，通过整合老年人、成年人、年轻人和儿童不同用户和年龄组，实现可持续生活方式。“生活矩阵”概念结合并激怒不同年龄段之间的互动，并为每个场景指定区域和空间模块。

Each building is an independent entity. It has the value and significance of existence and transformation. It is closely intertwined with the surrounding environment to give new identity to the old buildings. The design proposes a cross generational community design to achieve a more sustainable lifestyle by integrating different users and age groups of the elderly, adults, young people and children. The concept of "life matrix" combines and stimulates the interaction between different age groups, and specifies regional and spatial modules for each scene.

协同工作空间共八个单元，主楼是一座新钢结构建筑，由四个不同产品线定义——办公桌、房间、空间、街区，提供办公和公共设施主要建筑单元。设计关注如何共同构建新生态社区，进而重建邻里和跨代年龄组间的社区关系。在城市更新设计研究中，探讨、“都市与邻里社区”的概念。系统策略有助于构建良性的社区文化，以和谐的、方式完成功能，以新的能量改造旧社区，实现“社区化”理念。

The collaborative workspace consists of eight units. The main building is a new steel structure building, which is defined by four different product lines - desk, room, space and block, providing the main building units of office and public facilities. The design focuses on how to jointly build a new ecological community, so as to rebuild the community relationship between neighbors and intergenerational age groups. In the research of urban renewal design, this paper discusses the concept of "city and neighborhood community". The system strategy helps to build a benign community culture, complete the function in a harmonious and way, transform the old community with new energy, and realize the concept of "community".

灰色办公空间总能传达一种宁静和科技感，作为主流的色彩运用在办公室设计中，能带来独到工作氛围。天花板运用大量的留白，而适当的加入黑色点缀，呈现时尚的空间设计。

Gray office space can always convey a sense of tranquility and technology. As a mainstream color, it can bring a unique working atmosphere in office design. The ceiling uses a lot of white space, and the appropriate black decoration is added to present the fashionable space design.

开放式的办公空间，设计流线式的前台造型，随着光影的变动呈现一种现代化的视野。吧台高脚凳围绕就餐台摆放，优雅简约的灯光照射下，给人一种极简主义的现代魅力。

The open office space and streamlined front desk design present a modern vision with the change of light and shadow. The bar stool is placed around the dining table. Under the elegant and simple light, it gives people a minimalist modern charm.

高光不锈钢金属组成的厨房区，浑然一体的设计满足了就餐区的功能性需求，既美观又便于打理。办公区则运

用透光的玻璃隔版墙设计，光影营造下保障了室内的照明。

The kitchen area composed of high gloss stainless steel metal has an integrated design to meet the functional requirements of the dining area, which is both beautiful and easy to take care of. The office area is designed with transparent glass partition wall, creating light and shadow, which} ensures indoor lighting.

极简现代沙发给休闲区提供了放松的可能，办公区和会议室内采用半透明的材质，黑色勾勒着空间轮廓。一排简约的白色办公桌搭配黑色办公椅，展示干净、清新的办公环境。
