今天我们来探店

万科虹寓|泊寓·虹口江湾店

门头设计像是从建筑底部切割出来的，

很亮丽、独特。

我们首先进入到大堂空间，

这里浓浓的港湾风情，

着实令人感觉清新雅致，

仿佛将我们的灵魂

带离了喧嚣的魔都

市井。

“思想汇”空间为年轻人提供了

一个时尚的社交场所，

艺术装置、沙

发、茶几、影音等设备一应俱全。

此外，这里还有会议室、健身房、厨房和餐厅。

万科虹寓|泊寓·虹口江湾店项目实景▼

项目简介

本项目位于上海市虹口区的核心地带，建筑师希望通过找寻一种“轻”改造方式来完成对虹口区历史的解读；最终建筑师找到了“ARCH”（拱形）这种能够代表上海地区中西文化交融的建筑符号，并以此来塑造整个项目。由于建筑的砖混结构特性，空间被承重墙划分得非常小，而“拱”的元素很好的化解了空间的局促感，配合顶部的镜面，甚至让空间变得辗转曲折，像个Gallery一样有气质起来。这个项目改造的另外一个挑战，是在极低的成本下复兴建筑并活化空间，在共享公区里面，健身房、咖啡吧、共享办公就像停泊在港湾里的海船，彼此独立又有机联系，用极低的代价完整了建筑的功能。

Brief 

Wanke Port Apartment Hongkou 

The project is located in the core area of Hongkou district in Shanghai, the architect aims for “light” renovation with consideration to its historic context. In the end, the architect has found the element of “arch”, which also represents the cultural fusion between west and east in Shanghai,  as the spatial theme. Due to the brick structure the existing space is divided into small compartment, but the “arch” can improve on the cramped space, also with the use of mirror the whole space is turning into a splendid gallery. Another challenge of this project is how to revitalize the public space with low budget, the architect comes up with the concept of “ship in the port” which resonates with the name of “port apartment”. The individual public space like gym, café, co-working space are independent of each other and are also well connected, just like ships anchored in the port.
