两位业主从大学相识到跨越异国相守，他们的默契不仅体现在生活中，也融入了对家的设计选择. 复古风成为了他们的共同语言，深沉而浓郁的色彩搭配，营造出一种包裹感十足的居住氛围.

石膏色作为主色调，像浅色坚果壳般温柔地包裹着空间. 棕红色、棕色、豆绿色点缀，则为小屋注入了跳脱又复古的活力. 黑色框线的勾勒，让空间层次分明，碰撞出带有爵士调调的松弛感.

The owners know each other from the university to stay together across the country, their tacit understanding is not only reflected in life, but also integrated into the design of the home. The retro style has become their common language, and the deep and rich color matching creates a residential atmosphere full of wrapped feelings. 

Gypsum is the dominant tone, gently wrapping the space like a light nut shell. Brownish reds, browns and bean greens add a whimsical, retro energy to the house. The outline of the black frame line makes the space clearly layered, striking a relaxed feeling with jazz tone

1. 客厅纵深近5米，常规布局面积较易浪费.

2. 餐厅在全屋动线的中心，容易形成遮挡，使用不便.

3. 客卫空间紧凑，无洗衣机位.

Reorganized Layout

1. 在不影响厨房功能的情况下，小幅度缩减厨房面积让给入户区域，放置洗衣机烘干机，使用动线更为合理.

2. 采用定制岛台代替传统餐桌，尺寸更为灵活，同时周围形成洄游动线，穿行更加便利.

3. 于客厅一侧规划储物及展示空间，纵深三分之一处布局双向沙发，合理利用空间，避免浪费.

4. 原两次卧改为套间，释放更多空间，书房与阳台连接处增加台阶，整体形成大洄游动线，创造更多空间可能性.

5. 压缩小部分主卫于卧室规划步入式衣帽间，主卧收纳空间充裕.

1. In the case of not affecting the function of the kitchen, the kitchen area is reduced to the entry area, which is used for placing the washing machine and dryer, and the moving line is more reasonable.

2. The custom island is used instead of the traditional dining table, the size is more flexible, and the migration line is formed around it, which is more convenient to walk through.

3. Plan storage and display space on one side of the living room and lay out a two-way sofa at one-third of the depth to make reasonable use of space and avoid waste.

4. The original two second bedrooms are changed into suites to release more space, and steps are added at the connection between the study and the balcony to form a large migration line and create more space possibilities.

5. Compress a small part of the master bathroom and plan a walk-in closet in the bedroom to make the master bedroom storage space sufficient.

Hallway

入户走廊依次串联玄关收纳、洗衣、客卫三个功能分区，方便屋主回家后及时清理，既是空间过渡，又帮助情绪转换.  

黑白格的地砖搭配深红色墙面，浓郁的爵士感受一入户便扑面而来. 昏暗的灯光下，耳边仿佛已经传来遥远的欢快音调，让进入者从现实世界一下跌入浪漫的旋律中.

The entrance corridor is successively connected with three functional areas of the porch storage, laundry and guest bathroom, which is convenient for the owners to clean up in time after returning home. It is both a spatial and an emotional transition.

The entrance uses black and white lattice floor tiles with dark red walls, making people feel a strong jazz style when they enter the house. Under the dim light, it seems that a distant cheerful tone has been heard, allowing the entrant to fall from the real world into the romantic melody.

餐厅

Dining Room

穿过入户走廊，首先来到复古餐厅.

采用岛台代替传统餐桌，为空间增添了浓浓的休闲感与仪式感. 兼顾用餐功能的同时，更可作为与好友小聚的吧台，甚至料理操作台面.

Through the entrance corridor, you first come to the vintage restaurant.

The use of an island instead of the traditional dining table adds a deep sense of leisure and ceremony to the space. While taking into account the dining function, it can also be used as a bar with friends, and even a cooking operation table.

岛台的一侧设计了同色系餐边柜. 既增加了客餐区的收纳空间，复古的造型更完美还原了美式小酒馆的腔调.

海棠花玻璃展示柜隐约透出屋主精心挑选的餐具，低垂的装饰感吊灯带来恰到好处的风情，仿佛那悠扬的爵士音调在此刻，迫不及待地想让人听个尽兴.

One side of the island is designed with the same color side cabinet. It not only increases the storage space of the guest dining area, but also perfectly restores the tone of the American bistro.

Crabapple flower glass display cabinet faintly reveals the house owner carefully selected tableware, low-hanging decorative chandelier brings just the right style. It's as if that melodious jazz tone can't wait to be heard at this moment.

很美的视角，像一副古老的油画.

以岛台为核心，两扇对称的复古门分别通往入户走廊和主卧，另一边优雅的双开门则通往次卧. 围绕岛台形成洄游动线，让起居行动更为便利，即使多人共同居住也不会觉得拥挤.

With the island at its core, two symmetrical vintage doors open to the entry corridor and the master bedroom, while elegant double doors on the other side open to the second bedroom. The formation of migration lines around the island makes it more convenient to live, and even if many people live together, they will not feel crowded.

Kitchen

岛台的另一侧通向厨房. 水槽上方，开辟了一扇安装了折叠百叶的小窗作为传菜口. 不仅在使用上为屋主创造了更多可能，也让“小酒馆”的画面更加完满.

The other side of the island leads to the kitchen. Above the sink, a small window with folded louver serves as a pass-through. Not only creates more possibilities for the owner in use, but also makes the picture of the "bistro" more complete.

暗绿色的复古手工砖反射着灯光，让这个视角的厨房空间也充满梦幻. 黑色的橱柜由于部分玻璃柜门的加持，并不会显得压抑，反而让复古的气息更加浓郁. 搭配绿色的墙面，有种肃穆的画面感.

Dark green vintage handmade bricks reflect the light, making this view of the kitchen space also dreamlike. Due to the existence of some glass cabinet doors, the black cabinet will not appear depressed, but make the retro atmosphere more intense. The cabinet with the green wall has a solemn picture feeling.

经过餐厅即可抵达客厅，客餐厨三个空间既独立又融合.

Through the dining room you can reach the living room, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen three spaces are both independent and integrated.

Living Room

客厅拥有向西、向南两扇明窗，采光超绝. 每日午后，阳光透过纱帘洒满客餐厅，悠扬的爵士变得更加轻慢、柔和.

The living room has two open Windows to the west and south, providing excellent lighting. Every afternoon, the sun shines through the curtain in the living room and dining room, and the melodious jazz becomes lighter and softer.

一进入客厅，视线便会被沙发背后的整墙置物架吸引. 深红底色上，阳光被棋盘一样的鸡翅木置物架分割，主人的心爱之物都可以在这里尽情展示. 像是复古杂货铺的货架，静静等待着访客饶有兴趣的目光.

Once in the living room, the eye will be drawn to the whole wall shelf behind the sofa. On a deep red background, sunlight is divided by checkerboard wooden shelving of chicken wings, where the owner's beloved objects can be displayed. Like the shelves of a vintage grocery store, quietly waiting for the interested eyes of visitors.

展示架依托着慵懒的棕色沙发，藤编和舒适羊毛材质的单椅陪伴左右，仿佛正在进行一场闲适的谈话，连时光都慢了下来.

The display stands are supported by a lazy brown sofa, accompanied by single chairs made of rattan and comfortable wool. They seem to be engaged in a leisurely conversation, even time seems to slow down.

客厅的另一侧，复古又深邃的艺术漆在这里立体了起来. 与对墙呼应的红色墙漆搭配漆黑色的壁炉与镜框，站立在视觉中心，整个空间既古典又时髦.

On the other side of the living room, the retro and deep art paint is three-dimensional here. With the matching red wall paint, lacquered black fireplace and mirror frame, standing in the visual center, the whole space is both classical and modern.

近看壁炉，柔和的木纹配合细腻的装饰，传递出一种温润的复古感. 黑色的镜框中映出同样红与黑的展示墙，带来和谐的戏剧氛围.

Looking closely at the fireplace, the soft wood grain and the delicate decoration convey a warm retro feeling. The black frame mirror reflects the same red and black display wall, bringing a harmonious drama atmosphere.

Second Bedroom

根据业主需要，在次卧与客厅、阳台连接的区域，隔出了一个小小的休闲、储物空间.

咖啡色的色调区隔了红色的浓烈，细腻的格子门引入柔和的光，让这个空间的氛围沉稳又安静.

According to the needs of the owner, a small leisure and storage space is separated in the area connecting the second bedroom with the living room and the balcony.

The brown tone separates the strong red, and the delicate lattice door introduces soft light, making the atmosphere of this space calm and quiet.

藤编元素的储物设计，带来一丝温和的闲适. 搭配看上去就很舒适的沙发和展示区，小小的空间太适合窝居和思考.

The storage design of rattan elements brings a touch of gentle leisure. With a comfortable looking sofa and display area, the small space is perfect for dwelling and thinking

红色的墙面在这里充分诠释了包裹感，让地台床特别又好眠. 墙上的球形壁灯使全屋的精致被时刻呼应.

The red wall here fully interprets the sense of wrapping, making the floor bed special and easy to sleep. The spherical wall lamp on the wall makes the whole house delicate to be echoed at all times.

Master Bedroom

相比客厅的情调，卧室更多了一份悠闲的气息，让人能很好的放松下来.

灰绿色的墙漆搭配高挑的腰线，层高被拉高的同时，米白和灰绿也碰撞出宁静的复古氛围.

藤编床头加剧了这份松弛. 沉淀了自然气息的木质边框和石材壁灯，给人带来泥土般的踏实感和安全感.

稍显弱化的摩登气质却被环形吊灯和装饰画轻松拾起，仿佛用另一种节奏演绎的主旋律.

Compared with the atmosphere of the living room, the bedroom has more of a leisurely atmosphere, which makes people relax well.

Grey green wall paint with high waistline, height is stretched at the same time, beige white and grey green also collision a quiet retro feeling.

The rattan headboard reinforces the sense of relaxation. The wood frame and stone wall lamp that precipitate the natural atmosphere bring people a down-to-earth feeling and a sense of security.

The slightly weakened sense of modernity is easily picked up by the ring chandelier and decorative paintings, as if the main melody is interpreted with another rhythm.

主卧一侧，是通向衣帽间的玻璃双开门，让拿取衣物充满仪式感，也是卧室很好的墙面装饰.

On one side of the master bedroom, there are double glass doors leading to the cloakroom, which makes picking up clothes full of ritual feeling, and is also a good wall decoration for the bedroom.

Washroom

主卫采用与主卧同样的绿色墙漆，搭配同色系手工釉面砖，下半墙则采用黑色木纹砖，整体氛围时髦、舒适.

The master bathroom features the same green wall paint as the master bedroom with hand-glazed tiles of the same colour. The bottom half of the wall is made of black wood grain brick, and the overall atmosphere is fashionable and comfortable.

Balcony

阳台连通了主、次卧，完整了全屋的洄游动线.

延续门厅的黑白地砖与次卧的棕色墙漆，复古吊灯强化了优雅、悠闲的感受，仿佛窗外就是一片南洋花园.

The balcony connects the master and second bedrooms and completes the migration line of the whole house.

Continuing the black and white floor tiles in the entrance and brown wall paint in the second bedroom, the retro chandelier enhances the elegant, laid-back feeling, as if the window is a South Ocean garden.
