委托人夫妇是ATD的老朋友，对于这套房子的使用用途，主要是作为委托人父母的第一居所、加上夫妻和小孩回来共度周末，社交功能也主要围绕着长辈和他们的同龄朋友考虑，所以我们在设计初期主要放在解决房子的基本功能和使用界面问题。

空间效果

所谓美学层面，最终还是要回归到使用者的生活上面，最后呈现的是一种介于古典与当代之间的空间，空间本身不被所谓风格定义，但它一定是具备美和诗意的。从设计的初衷来说，我们希望长辈在这个空间中还是轻松的、自在的，不希望它太过陌生、太过炫技，只需要适当的引领，不做过度的强调。

The so-called aesthetic level is ultimately returned to the user's life, and the final presentation is a space between classical and contemporary, the space itself is not defined by the so-called style, but it must be equipped with beauty and poetry. From the original intention of the design, we hope that the elders are still relaxed and at ease in this space, we don't want it to be too strange and too showy, we just need to lead appropriately and not to over-emphasize.

目前业主和家人已入住四个月，无论是落地效果、工程质量还是整体服务都得到了业主家人以及设计团队的认可。

At present, the owner and his family have moved in for four months, and both the landing effect, engineering quality and overall service have been recognized by the owner's family as well as the design team.
