南山纵横·瀛洲府项目经我院与多方的密切配合下如期完工，该项目占据台江区核心地段，五一南路与老药洲路交汇处。由小高层及高层组合，整体由东侧瀛洲河及南侧规划公园围合。

the Nanshan Zongheng yingzhoufu project was completed on schedule with the close cooperation of our institute and various parties. The project occupies the core area of Taijiang District, and the intersection of Wuyi South Road and laoyaozhou road. It is composed of small high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings, surrounded by the Yingzhou River on the east side and the planned park on the south side.

立面形象设计立足于福州城市大规划，用简洁克制的几何线条勾勒纯粹干净的建筑风格。

the facade image design is based on the urban planning of Fuzhou and outlines the pure and clean architectural style with simple and restrained geometric lines.

△主景观轴

地块比邻台江公交车站、台江医院，距离规划地铁达道站不足700m，交通便利，总建筑面积11.5万平方米。两公里范围内万达广场、万宝商圈、世欧广场、中亭街东方百货等商圈，周边酒店、医疗、教育、公园等公共配套完善。为福州老城区的核心区，区位优势十分显著。

the plot is adjacent to Taijiang bus station and Taijiang hospital, less than 700m away from the planned subway Dadao station, with convenient transportation and a total construction area of 115000 square meters. Wanda Plaza, Wanbao business district, Shiou Plaza, Zhongting Street Oriental Department store and other business districts within two kilometers, and the surrounding public facilities such as hotels, medical care, education and parks are complete. As the core area of the old urban area of Fuzhou, the location advantage is very significant.

场地周边有一保护建筑——福清会馆；通过退让的方式让保留建筑与新建建筑之间隔开一段空间，实现二者之间的共生。

there is a protective building around the site - Fuqing guild hall; A space is separated between the reserved building and the new building by way of concession, so as to realize the symbiosis between the two.

项目建设用地紧凑，主入口开口尺度十分有限。设计以进深换面宽，利用透视原理将不足化实用，以延伸景墙的方式争取门厅最大尺度以实现较好观感。

the construction land of the project is compact, and the opening size of the main entrance is very limited. In the design, the depth is used to change the width of the face, and the perspective principle is used to make the insufficiency practical. The way of extending the view wall is used to strive for the maximum dimension of the lobby to achieve a better impression.

门廊突破传统框架，呼应主题同时增加展示面，通过造型景墙金属格栅流动的闪烁造型来呼应主题。

the porch breaks through the traditional framework, echoes the theme and increases the display surface at the same time, and echoes the theme through the flashing shape of the metal grid flowing in the modeling wall.

in terms of planning, create a more cultural living experience, highlight the spirit of modern simple living, and enable residents to enjoy life in a culturally interesting environment through the design and creation of architectural planning and garden landscape.

整体建筑点板结合，溯源传统中式规划理念，将建筑和景观沿轴线对称展开布置，整体空间组合具有强烈的秩序感，旨在创造一种与生态环境相融合的现代园林式空间。

the combination of the overall building points and boards, tracing back to the traditional Chinese planning concept, arranges the buildings and landscapes symmetrically along the axis, and the overall space combination has a strong sense of order, aiming to create a modern garden style space integrated with the ecological environment.

将中国传统文化融入当代审美，以现代视角展示其精髓，打造“新艺术、新手法、新山水”于一体的生态景观空间。通过空间的围合、流线的引导和精致的细节，构造出层层递进的景观空间。

integrate Chinese traditional culture into contemporary aesthetics, display its essence from a modern perspective, and create an ecological landscape space integrating "new art, new techniques and new landscape". Through the enclosure of space, the guidance of streamline and exquisite details, the landscape space is constructed layer by layer.

立面采用现代主义设计手法，以简、平、精理念，打造符合项目定位特色的现代简约风格。

建筑立面的色彩采用浅米黄色（偏白色）为基本色调，整体基调典雅高贵，外墙采用石材、真石漆与金属搭配，确保建筑立面形象的协调统一和耐久美观。

the color of the building facade is light beige (partial white) as the basic color, the overall tone is elegant and noble, and the exterior wall is matched with stone, real stone paint and metal to ensure the coordination, unity, durability and beauty of the building facade image.

方案中收放有致的线脚加上适度的金属门窗装饰，力求整体内敛含蓄而在细节处体现新意的创作。

in the scheme, the retractable moldings and appropriate metal door and window decorations are added to strive for an overall introverted and subtle creation that reflects new ideas in the details.

注重细节处理，在控制建筑成本大前提下，在施工过程中与各方密切配合，做好效果到落地的转译工作，保证落地效果。

pay attention to the details. On the premise of controlling the construction cost, closely cooperate with all parties in the construction process, and do a good job in the translation from effect to landing, so as to ensure the landing effect.
