位于深圳华侨城

北部，南临燕晗山环顾天鹅湖，尽享得天独厚的景观资源。项目场地自东向西沿湖畔舒展开来，湖水对岸大片绿化簇拥。湖光山色为新天鹅堡奠定了殷实的设计基础，也为项目设计提供了源源不断的灵感。

The project parcel is located in northern part of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town, north of Yan Hanshan Park and at a prime location next to the Tian E Lake. The shape of the plot stretches along the lake from east to west, opposite of a large green area at the southern side of Tian E lake. This abundance of natural resources around the site enabled the project to be developed into a high end residential development with 

prime views and natural environments with water and green.

项目的核心概念围绕景观资源最大化展开，致力于塑造独树一帜的立面形象。为了最大程度的保证湖景视野，一组简洁典雅的玻璃盒子形成了最初的场地关系。进而，立面设计引入一系列交错堆叠的小型玻璃体量，每组玻璃界面之间通过装饰实墙分隔，再配以尺度各异的竖向遮阳格栅，实虚纵横之间，立面的韵律跃然而生。

The design intent is to maximize the view towards the lake and to create a design differentiated from the surrounding buildings. To achieve this, the strategy is to provide a clean and glassy façade. The building form is also broken up into smaller massing by introducing a series of overlapping glass boxes. Solid blade walls are provided between the glass boxes as a backdrop, this juxtaposition further highlights the clean lines of the curtain wall. A series of vertical aluminum screens of different scales and densities were carefully placed to provide sufficient privacy between the blocks and sun shading on the east and west facades. Through the play of the asymmetrical glass boxes, the shifting blade walls and the vertical aluminum screens, a dynamic composition was achieved.

在打造地标性建筑形象的同时，如何处理建筑与自然的关系这一议题贯穿设计的始末。

本项目以尊重自然为基本设计前提，强调从城市到自然的过渡，尽可能的保留原有现场树木，并巧妙借用自然地势，临湖构建与环境和谐的景观。

In addition to create a landmark for the development, the emphasis was also to respect the nature through maintaining most of the existing trees. Making use of the ground plane and the arrival experience, a transition from the urban fabric to the natural surroundings was created. Ample water features and landscape elements were introduce to strengthen the nature and at the same time, blurring the edges of the built environment. 

新天鹅堡作为超高层玻璃幕墙建筑，有效控制玻璃界面的热传导是保证项目可持续性的关键因素。基于此，项目团队选用了具有极佳隔热效果的夹层及Low-E玻璃。同时,为了避免光污染及玻璃炫光，主体立面采用了横向的金属穿孔网作为遮阳构件。而在建筑的东西山墙面，竖向的格栅在修饰立面的同时也起到了优异的遮阳效果。

On a super high-rise glass building, controlling heat transmission through glass is paramount. The project team worked conscientiously on improving the façade, better glass like laminate units and low-E coated glass were selected. Metal mesh is installed as horizontal sun shading device to reduce glare. Vertical trellises is carefully placed on east and west facing facades to provide additional protection from the sun.

天鹅湖作为面向公众开放的景观资源，如何善加利用而非过度滥用是设计中面临的一大挑战。自湖畔至公寓组群，一系列的水景、

景观小品和廊亭等元素与原生态地形、水系、植被等充分交融，实现了景观与建筑的完美衔接。与此同时，为了平衡公共景观资源与私人公寓区的私密性，塔楼的布置错落有致，辅以精心规划的景观，营造出尊贵静谧的入户体验。新天鹅堡无疑是一曲建筑与自然，新建与既存，公共与私密的绝美交响。

Tian E lake is a natural environment and an amenity to be enjoyed by the public. Situated at the prime location, the challenge is to enhance the resources for the owner without imposing onto the environment and maintain the natural beauty of the lake. The edges of the lake is treated and to retain its natural form. Layering of trees and shrubs were carefully selected and placed to blur the edges of the man-made and nature. In order to maintain the public access to the lake, planning of the landscape and placement of the towers is crucial to maintain a sense of privacy for the residences. The outcome is a symphony of built and nature, new and existing and public with sense of privacy cohabitation.
