“王庄”旧址由来已久，历经“讲堂胜境”、“王府起落”的历史变革，蕴含着深厚的人文底蕴。回看今朝，“世欧王庄”伴着高楼而起，

在

三山之上，

回望过去的荣耀和新兴的城市，也感受着四季变化，在奢宅之中，收纳生活、展览生活、享受生活。

奢，不止局限于物质的丰腴，更是内在精神的丰沛。通过氛围、材质、格调的塑造，设计师对“奢宅”的定义进行了重新演绎——

经典的低饱和度的色彩凸显奢雅气质，让

贵胄文化无界空间中流转交融。

疫情以来，都市生活的内核被人们重提，关于住宅，作为颠簸生活中的方舟般的存在，更需要的是满足精神生活的内耗，在于家人、朋友的相处中感受温馨，抵御疫情中因距离而产生的疏远感，为生活注入艺术的滋养。
