面积局促是紧凑小户型始终存在的痛点，方案更重要的是在于如何释放空间和对空间的弹性运用，才能充分利用空间和满足业主的居住需求，我们对原有户型空间打破重组，重新划分功能区，放大比较重要常用的功能区空间，利用开敞式的格局来扩大空间功能的边界，让空间的功能得以更灵活弹性的运用。

The limited area is always a pain point in compact small-sized units. The solution is more important in how to release the space and flexibly use it in order to fully utilize the space and meet the living needs of the owners. We have broken down and reorganized the original unit space, re divided the functional areas, enlarged the more important and commonly used functional areas, and used an open layout to expand the boundaries of spatial functions, so that the functions of the space can be used more flexibly and flexibly.

大平层、别墅等等户型有着比较充裕的大空间，布置方案的时候最重要的是要做加法，再考虑把空间的各个功能进行细分；然而对于这种小面积的户型，就很难有足够的空间满足一些功能需求，小空间把握好尺寸固然重要，这时候我们应用到一个更实用、更有效，无限放大空间，提高空间利用率的方法——功能叠加。

It is important to grasp the size of the small space. At this time, we apply a more practical and effective method to infinitely enlarge the space and improve space utilization - functional overlay.

设计挑高小户型，挑高的空间必定要考虑功能叠加；挑高的层高是让功能叠加发挥最大的优势，上下空间可以融合叠加多个功能，我们利用轻盈楼梯打通上下空间，让上下空间可以利用解构、切割或者联合等设计手法，合理区分出不同的功能区，充分提高空间利用率。

Designing high-rise small apartments requires consideration of functional stacking in the elevated space; The high ceiling height maximizes the advantage of functional stacking. The upper and lower spaces can integrate and stack multiple functions. We use lightweight stairs to connect the upper and lower spaces, allowing them to be designed using deconstruction, cutting, or combination techniques to reasonably distinguish different functional areas and fully improve space utilization.
