紫棠苑样板间的空间设计定调“雅奢 • 沉稳”的主旋律，低调舒适，却不失高贵与雅致。将奢华，舒适和优雅恰当的融入设计中，创造出触动人心的生活美学。软硬装一体化的设计模式，将雅奢的理念倾注每一个设计细节。同时，将奢华酒店的体验感融入日常的生活方式。

The design of the residential space is set with the main theme of "elegance and tranquility," creating a sense of understated comfort without losing nobility and refinement. By appropriately integrating luxury, comfort, and elegance into the design, a touching aesthetic of living is created. The design mode of integrating soft and hard furnishings embodies the concept of elegance and luxury in every detail. Additionally, it incorporates the experiential feel of a luxurious hotel into daily life.

「共享时光」与「私享时光」的平衡，是新型住宅空间设计的一个重要考量。通过BLDK一体化格局改写传统的空间格局，以居家社交化为考量，打破视野的局限性，将客厅、餐厅、厨房等空间一体连通，缩短了家居动线，扩大了社交空间，引导家人更加重视亲情的交流互动。

The balance between "shared time" and "private time" is a crucial consideration in the design of modern residential spaces. By adopting an integrated BLDK layout, traditional spatial arrangements are redefined with a focus on home socialization. This approach eliminates visual limitations by seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen, thereby shortening the home’s circulation paths and expanding social spaces. This design encourages family members to place greater emphasis on communication and interaction, fostering stronger familial bonds.

不同空间具备丰富的使用场景，可以欢聚畅聊的社交餐厨，LDKB社交互动超级宴会厅，精细化收纳独立美妆区，情景复合飘窗的设计，在满足功能性的基础上，衍生出更多元的生活场景。

Different spaces offer a variety of usage scenarios, such as the social kitchen and dining area for gatherings and conversations, the LDKB social interaction super banquet hall, a meticulously organized independent makeup area, and a multifunctional bay window design. These spaces not only meet functional needs but also create diverse living experiences.

空间内选用了色泽沉稳的石材与木饰面，还原宁静、淳朴的空间基调，配合金属、艺术玻璃、玉石的装饰，大面积的奢石背景墙，突显材质的天然纹路散发的魅力。独到的家居艺术选品融合了世界传统艺术和现代观念，创造具有精致戏剧感和不凡的艺术品味之家。

The space features calm-toned stone and wood finishes to recreate a tranquil and simple ambiance. This is complemented by metal, artistic glass, and jade decorations, along with large areas of luxurious stone backdrop walls that highlight the allure of natural textures. The unique selection of home art pieces blends traditional world art with modern concepts, creating a home with refined drama and extraordinary artistic taste.

The bedroom combines elegance, comfort, and sophistication, providing a serene and refined sanctuary.
