The project is the first Sam's Club membership store in Dongguan and also Sam's Club's 50th store nationwide. As a new landmark in the region, it provides strong support for optimizing the commercial, cultural, and tourism map of Dongguan city, enhancing its attractiveness and influence. It will bring more convenient living experiences and richer business opportunities to surrounding communities. The layout of the interior space of Dongguan Liaobu Sam's Club is reasonable, providing a comfortable shopping place for customers. Our design team combines modern business with humanized experience, committed to creating a new way of shopping for customers.

项目区位 

本项目位于东莞市寮步镇，紧邻东莞市篮球中心，基地周边道路均可通达，临近东部快速干线及松山湖大道，同时篮球中心枢纽地铁站正在规划设计中，未来公共交通将更为便利。

This project is located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, adjacent to the Dongguan Basketball Center. The surrounding roads of the base are accessible, and it is close to the Eastern Expressway and Songshan Lake Avenue. At the same time, the basketball center hub subway station is under planning and design, and public transportation will be more convenient in the future.

立面设计理念 

拼贴式容纳了足够多的商业广告展示面，又创造了多元热闹的环境气氛。在商业人群接触较多的底层立面区域，各种品牌元素、色彩、材料、LOGO融合，烘托商业气氛满足商户需求的同时也不破坏商业的整体形象。

The new consumption patterns have increasingly strong demands for scenarios, and the facade design of Sam's Club is becoming more and more different from the stereotypical image of traditional stores. The facade design of this case is also an exploration of Sam's new image.

功能流线规划 

项目整体功能上需满足山姆方使用标准需求，流线规划上沿南侧金富路作为主要人行入口，货运及小车流线则设计在北侧道路，实现人车分流，减少了行人与车辆的相互干扰，提高车辆的通行效率。同时为顾客提供更加安全、舒适的购物环境，提升顾客购物体验的品质感。

The overall functionality of the project needs to meet the standard requirements of Sam's Club. The streamline planning will use Jinfu Road on the south side as the main pedestrian entrance, while the freight and small car streamline will be designed on the north side road to achieve pedestrian and vehicle separation, reduce mutual interference between pedestrians and vehicles, and improve vehicle traffic efficiency. Simultaneously providing customers with a safer and more comfortable shopping environment, enhancing the quality of their shopping experience.
