本套案例的业主比较喜欢居家享受的一种生活状态，所以在客厅功能上就需要考虑得更丰富，包括家居空间的整体用色，都需要让业主回到家里能拥有更放松的状态，所以在色彩的把握和空间利用方面都做了全面的设计思考。业主家庭常住人口不多，但还是要考虑家庭成员在一起时，聚餐的使用空间，原本业主的折叠餐桌想法，后期经过设计的巧妙安排，满足了多人就餐，在格局上又藏掉了原来户型的不足之处。

1、设计上调整过道尺寸使之与入户过道相对应，提高过道利用率的同时也增加了入户对景，

使空间布局视觉更方正，使用性更好。

2、餐厅转角处做了悬空处理，

既规避了老人房开门的尖角对冲的问题，

也

增加了餐厅空间的设计感

。

3、阳台与客厅相连，在功能上

多增设了茶室，让客厅空间实用度更丰富

。

客厅的空间感得到提升，打造了舒适和谐的生活空间。

阳台设计上，打造

双入动线的设计，既增加了空间的流动性又为生活带来了方便。

4、主卧增加了玄关，增加了私密性，门后的备用衣柜，也满足了业主的日常生活需要。

5、将原有设备平台外扩，

提高了餐厅与卫生间的利用率，

餐厅和卫生间是家居空间舒适度要求比较高的区域。

时光静好

客厅的设计在整体电视柜采用了白墙与木色格栅的拼接的设计，增加了空间的视觉层次感和变化组合的灵活性。设计巧思将鞋柜与电视柜相连的设计，隐形了碎片化的空间视觉，让整体区域更显开阔，也带来极致舒适的空间尺度。

客厅的陈设布置淡雅都在无声地诠释着主人的品味，在功能上也能满足业主的品质生活休闲，在沙发边区的生活阳台与客厅相联出一个茶区，透明亚克力与大板的时尚茶桌，也给这个空间多几许放松的氛围。

回形方块沙发围合出空间分区，近似墙面的选色也让整个空间更简，从而放大了空间视觉。与棕色的靠枕搭配，让空间色彩多一分灵动，也将空间温馨的气氛调动起来。造型不拘一格的单椅丰盈空间的层次，形成家居形态的艺术力量。

岁月安然

意式浪漫的大理石岛台与餐桌相连，拉伸了餐桌的视觉延伸，同时最大化了餐桌使用功能。在格局设计上又弱化了承重墙带来的压迫感，窗边设置了餐边矮柜增加了储物空间，流线型的极简灯具，在餐桌上方投射出一片温馨的光影，明暗交替时，感受味蕾与视觉的双重治愈。

温暖如初

主卧以米色的背景配胡桃木色半墙裙，相斜色的墙裙增添了空间的层次感，让空间更为饱和通透。原木色的地板搭配米色的地毯搭配，在一片低饱和的雅致气息中，舒适感与美感达至平衡。

   设计服务总结  

此次设计遇到的客户不管从年龄阅历，生活需求认知上都比较成熟。

本案在设计之初业主也提出了自己空间需求及看法，设计在其之上，是更好的优化和实现，并且在效果上进行落地。整体设计风格更多的匹配业主的品味去做呈现，自成风格，居如其人大概如此。
