阳光穿透大片玻璃幕墙

立面的银色铝板与律动的光影交织

在严谨的空间中显得格外沉静松弛

像极了兰天的企业文化企业精神

浙江兰天机械密封件有限公司，基地位于温州乐清国家经济开发区，是乐清市发展先进制造业实现先进制造高新技术产业化的重要平台。兰天机械作为一家专注机械密封件企业，工艺精湛，是行业品质的杠杆及持续的典范。新大楼亦是企业迈向未来新的里程碑。此次我们在设计打造过程中，核心思考兰天机械的精工品质与人文关怀的管理理念及企业精神。

Zhejiang Lantian Mechanical Seals Co., Ltd., with its base located in the National Economic Development Zone of Yueqing, Wenzhou, is an important platform for Yueqing City to develop advanced manufacturing and realize the industrialization of advanced manufacturing high-tech. As a company focusing on mechanical seals, Lantian Machinery has exquisite craftsmanship and is a lever and continuous model of industry quality. The new building is also a new milestone for the company to move towards the future. During the design and construction process, we focused on the management concept and corporate spirit of Lantian Machinery's precision quality and humanistic care.

土建一层完成我们开始介入整体办公空间设计，施工过程中现场管理的高标准、精工至上的企业特征与企业主平易近人的特点，引发对品牌基因深度探索，由机械制造属性、地域性特征，拓展追溯人与空间、企业主精神性与产品物性等，希望达成企业与空间的平衡，建立人与空间的情感性深度链接。

After the first floor of civil engineering was completed, we began to design the overall office space. During the construction process, the high standards of on-site management, the corporate characteristics of precision workmanship, and the approachable nature of the business owner led to an in-depth exploration of the brand's genes. Starting from the mechanical manufacturing attributes and regional characteristics, we expanded the tracing of people and space, the spirituality of the business owner and the physical properties of the products, hoping to achieve a balance between the company and space, and establish a deep emotional connection between people and space.

基于“情感性空间”的设计思考，我们重新梳理办公、生产与社群链接的实际需求。从功能层面出发，整合企业办公、展厅、工厂和员工生活配套等功能，展开有关“未来办公社区”的讨论，通过另一种简约、沉静的空间形态，来呈现企业总部的品质感与精神性。

Based on the design thinking of "emotional space", we re-examined the actual needs of office, production and community connection. Starting from the functional level, we integrated the functions of corporate office, exhibition hall, factory and employee life support, and started a discussion on the "future office community", presenting the quality and spirituality of the corporate headquarters through another simple and quiet space form.

设计核心回应企业的国际性与高品质，首层及电梯厅使用了线性体块与几何光束，来加强空间的开阔感受；通过材料属性与品牌空间的纽带链接，使用与企业产品相近的铝板作为空间基底材料，通过大量的脱缝工艺，适度隐退，以严格的比例控制来突出企业的核心产品与竞争力。

The core design responds to the internationality and high quality of the enterprise. Linear blocks and geometric beams are used on the first floor and elevator hall to enhance the sense of openness of the space. The material properties are linked to the brand space, and aluminum plates similar to the enterprise's products are used as the base material of the space. Through a large number of seam-striping processes, moderate retreat and strict proportion control, the core products and competitiveness of the enterprise are highlighted.

在员工办公区域，充分的开放和渗透取代封闭、紧凑的传统隔间，给予较多的空间容量，来容纳休闲、交流、会议、茶水等功能。

In the employee office area, full openness and permeability replace the closed and compact traditional compartments, providing more space capacity to accommodate functions such as leisure, communication, meetings, and tea.

设计希望通过更松弛的空间表达，重塑员工与企业的情感链接与觉知，转变对传统制造业空间的地域性认知；同时结合企业亲和、包容的管理理念，多元的开放空间可以吸引人群聚集从而发生交流碰撞，激发场所的内在创新力，亦是在疏导企业与个体的共生关系。

The design hopes to reshape the emotional connection and awareness between employees and the company through a more relaxed spatial expression, and change the regional perception of traditional manufacturing space; at the same time, combined with the company's friendly and inclusive management philosophy, the diverse open space can attract people to gather and communicate, stimulate the inherent innovation of the place, and also guide the symbiotic relationship between the company and the individual.

总部投入使用后，我们期待更鲜活的使用场景：人们穿梭在线性空间的简约秩序中，切身感受着企业所提倡的品质理念与力量；在自然光影映射下，空间体验愈发宁静柔和；精工与温情中切换，人与环境与时间的对话，在未来长久空间使用周期里，我们依旧饱满力量，生趣盎然。

After the headquarters is put into use, we look forward to more vivid usage scenarios: people shuttle through the simple order of the linear space, and personally feel the quality concept and power advocated by the company; under the reflection of natural light and shadow, the space experience becomes more tranquil and gentle; switching between precision and warmth, the dialogue between people, the environment and time. In the long-term space use cycle in the future, we will still be full of strength and vitality.
