项 目 概 述：项目的委托方是做整体联合办公的新兴企业，目前在南京已经有相对成型的联合办公项目，建伟大厦是他们作为老楼改造的一个新尝试，所以找到我们希望对原有只有施工没有设计亮点的空间做全方位的改造，即像文端所写的，初见“她”时素面朝天，让我们还“她”精妆容颜。

洽谈区改造

洽谈区为创客接待休闲频繁使用区域，我方对于此空间主要运用色彩的拼接和顶面的搭配，营造出相对活泼个性的效果空间

The negotiation area is a frequent use area for makers, and we mainly use the combination of color and top surface in this space, so as to create the effect space of relatively lively personality.

共享空间改造前

空间中的家具和吊灯主要运用香槟色金属材质，突出质感和装饰感。墙面主要运用彩色乳胶漆做分区处理，空间多而不杂。

The furniture and droplight in space mainly use champagne color metallic material, outstanding sense and adornment feeling. Metope mainly USES chromatic emulsioni paint to do division processing, the space is many and not miscellaneous.

茶水区改造

茶水区空间主要对地柜和吊柜的面板进行更换，地面也用拼色地胶进行搭配。另外运用《戴珍珠耳环的少女》是17世纪荷兰画家约翰内斯·维米尔的代表作品做为软装的点缀。

The space of the tea area is mainly to the ground ark and condole ark of the face plate undertakes change, ground also USES the colorization ground glue to undertake collocation. In addition, the girl with a pearl earring is a representative work of 17th-century Dutch painter Johannes vermeer as an ornament of soft decoration.

大会议室改造

会议室空间主要采用木质格栅灯具的处理手法，主背景墙为一幅手绘墙体，和会议室顶、地的前后景深处理手法。

The conference room space mainly adopts the processing technique of wooden grille lamps, the main background wall is a hand-painted wall, and the front and rear field of the conference room.
