伍兹贝格打造前海首排标杆——前海金融中心，为深圳前海的新经济区奠定了金融中心标准

位于深圳前海首排标杆的综合地标 –「前海金融中心」，将缔造中国创新金融和经济一体化的世界级金融中心标杆。

前海金融中心是深圳前海新金融区内即将新建的第一批建筑之一。这是两大高端国际商业开发商「恒裕集团」 (中国深圳顶级开发商) 和 「兆华斯坦地产」 (美国房地产投资及开发公司兼纽约新世贸中心缔造者）之间的一次罕见合作。

Works are progressing on a trio of landmark mixed-use towers in the special economic zone of Qianhai, Shenzhen – an emerging regional hub for financial services, innovation and economic integration. 

One of the first of its kind, Qianhai Finance Centre (QFC) is a collaboration between two high-profile commercial developers: Hengyu Group and Silverstein Properties, the New York-based developer behind the World Trade Centre. 

前海金融中心处于前海首排地标，紧邻前海综合交通枢纽，紧靠滨海公园，享有毫无遮挡的前海视野。这综合地标由三栋塔楼组成，汇集写字楼、名仕公寓、都会商业，以无可替代的首排资产，铸前海标杆。伍兹贝格将要实现两大开发商打造一个展示设计杰作的标杆以及为他们在中国所有未来地产项目打造建筑蓝图的梦想。

QFC is comprised of three buildings, including headquarter offices, high-end residences and a commercial metropolis. The site has excellent transport connections, and is situated next to a waterfront park with uninterrupted views of Qianhai. Woods Bagot met both developers’ requirement to create a benchmark of design excellence and an architectural blueprint for their future properties in China.

伍兹贝格香港工作室受委托设计1号塔楼和2号塔楼的室内公共区及销售办公楼层，这两栋塔楼是三栋塔楼中较高的建筑，而1号塔楼将成为前海区最高的塔楼之一。伍兹贝格负责2号塔楼的室内设计已于2016年12月完成。

Woods Bagot led the design of the interiors and public spaces in towers 1 and 2. Work in Tower 2 was completed in December 2016 and the interior design for Tower 1 – which will be one of the tallest buildings in Qianhai – is underway.

2号塔楼的室内设计延伸塔楼的建筑设计风格，大楼与室内同样展示独有的现代经典气息，打造出永恒不朽的区域性地标。办公大堂的设计利用其高挑而宽敞舒适的接待空间优势，体现了16米超高大堂，彰显企业气度，同时配合高贵的电梯大堂设计，突显大楼非凡的堂皇气派，缔造出一种时尚的感觉，体现了金融环境中对酒店业设计的内在考虑。

As an extension of the tower’s architectural language, the vertical elements were brought into Tower 2’s main lobby interior, unifying the design. The grand 16-metre-high entrance further represented the inner considerations of hospitality design in a financial context.

本次设计通过高标准的工艺注重细节，打造了真正的展示空间和精神品质的亮点。挑战之一是室内设计要体现建筑外立面特点，当室外向室内过渡时营造统一的氛围。

The design was expressed through attention to detail with a high standard of craftsmanship, to create a sense of openness. One of the challenges was to design the interior to reflect the architectural façade, creating an atmospheric unity when moving from outside to inside.

位于 2 号塔楼第八层的样版办公室的室内设计同样展现出独有的现代经典气息，整体上同样以现代简约时尚风格为主，并带有一种奢华的体现。样版办公室划分为不同的功能空间，包括前台接待区、销售洽谈及休闲展示区、会议室及员工辨公区、总裁办公室套房，均采用开放式的布局，增强各区域及内外部之间的开放性和相互连接。

Partitioning in Tower 2 includes visual perforation which enhances openness and interaction between the internal and external views. The eighth-floor office in Tower 2 houses a reception area, a sales and negotiation zone, a leisure display and presentation area, meeting rooms, a staff workplace and a luxurious CEO office with residential quarters. The modern design creates a simple rhythmic yet harmonious atmosphere, with the office layout enabling visitors to enjoy unobstructed views of the sea from any location.

「我们策略地设计了布局，使客人无论走在这个办公样板间的任何地方，都可以欣赏毫无遮挡的海景。分区间的隔墙被设计成具有一定通透性，使客人真正感受开敞感和室内外视野之间的呼应。」

“We have planned the layout in such a way that wherever visitors are maneuvering in this office, they can still enjoy unobstructed views of the sea. Inter-zone partitioning was designed to create a degree of visual perforation, allowing visitors to have a real feeling of openness and interaction between the internal and external views.”
