Design has always been not only the public collocation of space, style and objects, but also the external influence of light and shadow, architecture and landscape. It is also a spiritual exploration of both residents and designers. After in-depth communication between the two sides, we sorted out the residents' past life context and deeper self-awareness, condensed their emotional demands and aesthetic pursuit, and reduced them to IQ according to professional techniques, and finally came to and carried the residents' real home life.

SCHEME ADJUSTMENT

本案为260㎡户型，上下三层，设计师按照楼层划分好动静、功能分区。动区整体开放，无论是一层的客餐厨基础公共区域，还是地下室的拓展社交空间，都以疏朗的姿态，迎接着构想中生活场景落入现实。

This project is a 260 ㎡ apartment with three floors. The designer divides the dynamic and static zones and functional zones according to the floors. The movable area is open as a whole. Whether it is the basic public area of the guest kitchen on the first floor or the expanded social space in the basement, it welcomes the envisaged life scene into reality with a sparse attitude.

静区强调私密与舒适，最大限度放大空间的优越性，结合风格与偏好，赋予其独树一帜的特质与调性。

The quiet area emphasizes privacy and comfort, maximizes the superiority of space, combines style and preference, and endows it with unique characteristics and tonality.

DESIGN EVALUATION

从宏观角度出发，不局限于单个空间的属性完成，而是秉持着整体性原则，以独特的节奏进行生活场景的建构。低饱和度客厅简化线条，通过石材、布艺等材质碰撞，呈现出更现代化的精致。潋滟的色彩克制地铺陈在餐厨空间中，在开放自由的空间秩序中，开启全新的故事。

There are all kinds of functions, and the form is completely restrained. Italian interest and modern fashion are highlighted through the composite collocation of materials. Scientific internal planning is presented with concise visual effects, and items that go out and return home can be stored efficiently.

三间卧室通过楼层与其他区域隔开，围合而成足够舒适的静区空间。设计师以起居动线为核心，规划主卧功能区，窗前小景、宽绰衣帽间与奢享浴缸负责提升生活品质，藉由功能与视觉的平衡，满足更高层次的居住需求。

The three bedrooms are separated from other areas by floors and enclosed into a comfortable quiet area. With the living line as the core, the designer plans the master bedroom functional area, with a small view in front of the window, a spacious cloakroom and a luxurious bathtub, which are responsible for improving the quality of life and meeting higher-level living needs through the balance of function and vision.

星河云海奏响浪漫进行曲，神秘的宇宙欢迎地球的来客。憨态可掬的玩偶与圆弧的家具线条开启关怀模式，充盈着好奇洋溢的少年时光。

The galaxy of clouds plays a romantic March, and the mysterious universe welcomes visitors from the earth. Naive dolls and circular furniture lines open the care mode,  accompanying the curious youth.

穿过拱门，是别有洞天的地下会客厅。素白色系以得天独厚的静谧打破空间壁垒，光影不再是桎梏，而是设计的一部分。多个功能区块集结审美与偏好，让属于“社交”的时间里趣味加倍。

Through the arch, there is a unique underground reception hall. Plain white breaks the space barrier with its unique tranquility. Light and shadow are no longer shackles, but a part of the design. Multiple functional blocks combine aesthetics and preferences to double the interest in the "social" time.

草木枯景凝结江南风韵，取其声色，为读书饮茶贯穿中国几千年的文化传承，描绘出一幅清雅隽永的背景画卷。风光曼妙，齿颊留香，闲时雅事，悠然自得。

The scenery of withered vegetation condenses the charm of the south of the Yangtze River, takes its tone and color, and describes a elegant and meaningful background picture for reading and drinking tea, which has been passed on for thousands of years in China. Beautiful scenery, fragrant teeth and cheeks, elegant things at leisure, leisurely.
