Nestled in Robertson Quay, the Riviere emerges as a contemporary statement amidst a historically rich setting. Designed by SCDA Architects and developed by Fraser Property, this complex comprises two 36-storey residential towers, a 4-storey serviced apartment podium, and three conserved warehouses, all encircling a lush landscaped garden deck.

抵达时，居民和访客会首先进入一个宽敞的广场空间，在这个独特的城市空间内，行人会感知到河流与项目的三个构成部分之间的微妙关联。一条公共走廊增强了若锦路和河畔步道之间的连通性，便于公众抵达新加坡河沿岸的丰富设施。

Upon entering, residents and visitors are greeted by an arrival plaza, an area of urban significance that imbues a sense of the river and the three different components of the development. A public thoroughfare creates additional pedestrian connectivity between Jiak Kim Road and the riverside, allowing the public to open out to the facilities along the Singapore River.

塔楼的布局和朝向经过精心设计和多重考量，确保了向北可观赏乌节路，向南可眺望滨海湾的无阻视野。这样的空间布局不仅充分利用了周边的城市景观资源，而且通过主要的南北朝向，有效降低了直射阳光带来的热量，对于新加坡的热带气候而言，这是一个细腻而节能的设计方案。

The design of the towers is strategic, ensuring unobstructed views towards Orchard Road to the north and Marina Bay to the south. This spatial arrangement not only maximizes the scenic vistas but also minimizes solar heat gain by orienting the buildings predominantly in the north and south directions, a climate-sensitive design solution for the tropics.

立面设计是Rivière建筑精髓的展现。依据不同的朝向和功能需求，立面巧妙地融合了三种独特的设计手法。东北立面上的垂直元素有效地遮挡了阳光，同时为居民打开了通向河流的视野。这些垂直元素进一步塑造了一个引人注目的垂直建筑体量，并延伸至塔冠，成为整个项目的标志性视觉焦点。

The façade design is a critical component of Rivière’s architectural narrative. It’s articulated into three distinct treatments based on orientation and functionality. The northeast façade features vertical fins providing sun shading while allowing residents to enjoy river views. These fins also contribute to defining a vertical volume, extending to form an iconic crown for the development.

相对而言，西北和东南两个方向的立面设计，出挑的阳台被木纹鳍片环绕，营造出温馨的氛围。阳台为居民提供了宜人的户外空间，享受美丽的河流景观，创造出与周围河流环境和谐相融的柔和美学效果。这样的立面设计，不仅展现了新加坡建筑产业的先进水准，也传递了现代工业设计的极致优雅。

Contrastingly, the northwest and southeast facades introduce a warmer aspect with deep overhanging balconies enveloped in timber-look fins. These balconies provide residents with outdoor spaces to enjoy the river views, embodying a softer, more tactile aesthetic that engages the surrounding river ambiance. This façade treatment reflects a contemporary industrial elegance aligning with Singapore's architectural advancements.

服务式公寓的建筑体量延续了现有仓库建筑起伏的屋脊线，立面上的金属与木纹元素交织，展现出一个现代化的格栅设计。这种设计手法巧妙地回应了仓库建筑的精细细节，为该区域的工业历史背景提供了一种现代主义的独特诠释。

The serviced apartment block continues the undulating ridgeline of the conserved warehouses, with a facade interplay of steel and timber-look elements forming a contemporary grid. This design echoes the intricate detailing found in old riverside warehouses, providing a modern rendition of the area's industrial past.

Rivière不仅是一个住宅小区，还提供了一条开放式的城市走道，连接了若锦路与新加坡河畔的步行街和若锦桥。建筑师精心设计的布局促进了私人住宅区与公共城市空间之间的顺畅交流，为该项目所追求的全面生活体验做出了重要贡献。

Rivière extends beyond being a residential enclave by ensuring urban connectivity, creating a public access corridor from Jiak Kim Street to the Singapore River promenade and Jiak Kim Bridge. This thoughtful design gesture promotes a seamless interface between the private residential realm and the public urban milieu, contributing to the holistic living experience the development aims to offer.
