PROJECT INTRODUCTION

有一句话叫做世界这么大，我想去看看。好想来一场说走就走的旅行，去感受自然带来的舒适，享受生活。趁着年轻的时候多出去走一走，开拓视野，增长阅历，沉淀心灵。

业主说：旅行是对生活的一次切换，可以和家人、朋友趣谈人生和理想，同时也可以运动健身。

There is a saying that the world is so big that I want to see it. I really want to have a free travel to feel the comfort brought by nature and enjoy life. Go out more when you are young, broaden your vision, increase your experience and settle your mind.

The owner said: travel is a change of life. You can chat about your life and ideals with your family and friends, and you can also exercise and keep fit.

本案位于杭州的一座古街内，附近的建筑古色古香，具有非常浓郁的文化气息。

业主的第一套房子选择了我们，他的第二套房

子，依旧选择了我们，这可能就是无比的信任。

The case is located in an ancient street in Hangzhou. The nearby buildings are antique and have a very strong cultural atmosphere. The owner chose us for his first house, and he still chose us for his second house, which may be the incomparable trust.

业主要求：

1、进门处如果可以的话，尽量在保证采光的同时，能够有足够的收纳；

2、厨房可以敞亮一点，偶尔可以和家人、朋友们小聚会；

3、主卧想要一个套间，有卫生间和衣帽间。

4、业主希望书房功能可变性强一些，让它可以不只是书房也可以作为卧房来使用；

Employer's Requirements:

1. If it is possible to enter the door, try to ensure the lighting and enough storage at the same time;

2. The kitchen can be a little brighter, and you can occasionally have small parties with your family and friends;

3. The master bedroom wants a suite with a bathroom and cloakroom.

4. The owner hopes that the function of the study is more changeable, so that it can be used not only as a study but also as a bedroom;

过道▼Aisle

地面运用的是微水泥地砖，深灰色置顶柜与落地窗形成自然的光影效果。

Micro cement floor tiles are used on the ground, and dark gray top cabinets and French windows form a natural light and shadow effect.

客厅▼living room

不用粉刷的红砖，作为装饰，一点也不影响它的温馨质感。

The red brick without painting, as a decoration, does not affect its warm texture at all.

打破传统工业风的调性，选择色调更加柔和的水泥色与原木结合，搭配红砖砌筑的隔墙，整个客厅丝毫不会显得压抑。

Breaking the traditional industrial style, the whole living room will not appear depressed by choosing the cement color with softer color and log, and matching the partition wall built with red bricks.

沙发背景设计了顶天立地的展示架，是业主收藏的唱片和专辑。

The sofa background is designed with a towering display frame, which is the owner's collection of records and albums.

餐厅▼Dining room

镂空造型让水槽和过道之间彼此互动，不会感到压抑。

The hollow shape makes the sink and corridor interact with each other without f

eeling oppressive.

客餐厅整体开放式设计，餐桌和厨房水槽用微水泥作成一个整体操作空间，实用且个性。

The overall open design of the guest restaurant, the table and kitchen sink are made of micro cement into an overall operating space, which is practical and personalized.

厨房▼kitchen

整体采用的是轻工业+包豪斯style，营造一种时尚、个性的空间。

The light industry+Bauhaus style is adopted as a whole to create a fashionable and personalized space.

整体镜柜门设计，使过道空间更加开阔（镜柜内包括鞋柜、衣帽间、工具间还有嵌入式冰箱）每个空间用途各不一样，但是外立面设计，依然保留统一协调。

The overall mirror cabinet door design makes the aisle space more open (including shoe cabinet, cloakroom, tool room and embedded refrigerator). Each space has different purposes, but the facade design remains unified and coordinated.

吧台▼Bar counter

水吧台是放置一些咖啡机和面包机等小电器，墙面错层的置物架，可以满足随手拿取水杯及物品。

The water bar table is used to place some small appliances such as coffee machine and bread maker, and the shelves with staggered walls can meet the requirements of taking water cups and articles at will.

主卧▼Master bedroom

床头背景墙采用的是水泥板，色调相对较深，搭配原木地板，与定制的家具，素雅低调，打造出静谧的效果，让主人回到一个舒适的休憩空间。

The background wall at the bedside is made of cement board, which is relatively dark in color. With log flooring and customized furniture, it is simple, elegant and low-key, creating a quiet effect, so that the host can return to a comfortable rest space.

卧室内采用玻璃和水泥板加上原木材质，在空间中随着明暗的变化，随心随性的自在生活，高级又温暖。

The bedroom is made of glass and cement board and log material. With the change of light and shade in the space, you can live a comfortable life with your heart, which is high and warm.

次卧▼Secondary decubitus

书房▼Study

采光充足的条件下，满足个性需求，大面积的使用黑色，黑色百叶帘透过光线，映衬在黑色桌面上，电影感十足。

Under the condition of sufficient lighting, it can meet the individual needs. Large areas of black are used. The black blinds are reflected on the black desktop through the light, which makes it full of cinematic feeling.

去除一切冗杂的装饰，没有夸张陈设，这是对自由生活作出的最好诠释。

The best interpretation of free life is to remove all the miscellaneous decorations without exaggerated furnishings.

黑色整体柜实则是翻板床，可以将书房临时安排成卧室，方便实用。

The black integral cabinet is actually a turnover bed, which can temporarily arrange the study into a bedroom, convenient and practical.

卫生间▼TOILET

卫生间采用黑色地砖＋玻璃，工业与现代的碰撞，搭配整条灯带，高级感和氛围感同时拉满。

The bathroom is made of black floor tiles+glass. The collision between industry and modernity is matched with the whole light strip, so that the sense of high class and atmosphere are filled at the same time..

平面布置图 / Layout plan

原始布局结构分析：

1、入户和厨房位置空间没有合理利用，隔墙多，导致整体采光较差；

2、原始户型阳台在主卧里面，洗衣机烘干机使用上不方便；

3、主卧的卫生间无采光，且衣帽间和卫生间比例不平衡。

Disadvantages of the original layout structure:

1. The location space of the entrance and kitchen is not reasonably used, and there are many partitions, resulting in poor overall lighting;

2. The balcony of the original house type is in the master bedroom, which makes it inconvenient to use the washing machine and dryer;

3. The bathroom of the master bedroom has no lighting, and the proportion of cloakroom and bathroom is unbalanced.
