PROJECT INTRODUCTION

本案采用法式风，融入当下流行的奶油风元素，

其特点：纤弱娇媚、华丽精巧、甜腻温柔，设计师在此处以新古典主义元素为主，并用现代元素加以稀释，完美诠释了新法式风的特点。

本项目位于交通便利，位置优越的钱江世纪城附近，女主人的气质完全将大方、端庄、温柔、浪漫的女神特点

体现的淋漓尽致，自信的女人，在任何时候，都是理智的，她们只挑选最合适自己的。

This case adopts French style and integrates the current popular cream style. Its characteristics are: delicate, gorgeous, delicate, sweet and tender. The designer uses neoclassical elements here, and dilutes them with modern elements, which perfectly interprets the characteristics of the new French style.

The project is located near the Qianjiang Century City with convenient transportation and superior location. The hostess's temperament fully embodies the generous, dignified, gentle and romantic characteristics of the goddess. Confident women are rational at all times, and they only choose the most suitable ones.

业主需求：

女主人是位完美主义者，她要求设计：美观，个性，不俗气，有内涵。

1、 一楼采光差，整体感觉较暗，希望空间明亮舒适

2、 鞋子较多，想要一间鞋帽间，可以随意摆放收纳

3、 需要预留一间房间，作为佛堂

4、 主卧想要套房，有一个浴缸，干区和湿区划分，互不打扰

Owner's Requirements:

The hostess is a perfectionist. She requires the design to be beautiful, personalized, not vulgar and meaningful.

1. The lighting on the first floor is poor, the overall feeling is dark, I hope the space is bright and comfortable

2. There are many shoes. If you want a shoe and hat room, you can put and store them at will

3. A room needs to be reserved as a Buddha hall

4. The master bedroom wants a suite with a bathtub, which is divided into dry and wet areas without disturbing each other

客厅▼living room

整体墙面采用经典的线条和飞檐的天花板来装饰，整体墙面白色为主，搭配奶呼呼的软装，治愈又温馨。

The whole wall is decorated with classic lines and cornice ceilings. The whole wall is mainly white, and it is cured and warm with soft decoration of milk.

独特的雕花造型+弧形元素，体现出经典的法式风，装饰壁炉+圆形金属装饰品，将现代元素恰到好处地融入法式风。

圆形大理石餐桌，自带石材的纹理，简洁大方，搭配原木编织座椅，实用美观

圆形浮雕造型和定制法式吊灯，暖色调整体营造出优雅浪漫的气氛，在这里用餐也是视觉上的一种享受。

厨房▼kitchen

餐厅与厨房设计成敞开式，整体空间更加宽敞，岩板材质的岛台，将操作区增加延长，同时可以在这里品尝美食。

The restaurant and kitchen are designed to be open, and the overall space is more spacious. The island platform made of rock plate will extend the operation area, and you can also taste delicious food here.

主卧▼Master bedroom

干区与收纳柜组合一体，搭配悬空镜，既满足功能需求，又可以起到画龙点睛的作用。

The dry area and the storage cabinet are combined together with the hanging mirror, which can not only meet the functional requirements, but also play the role of finishing point.

卧室大面积的玻璃窗搭配米色窗帘，让明亮的光线更加柔和。搭配暖色调的吊灯，让空间显得暖意更浓。

The large glass windows in the bedroom are matched with beige curtains to make the bright light more soft. With warm color chandeliers, the space looks warmer.

绒布沙发＋实木桌椅，造型朴实大方、线条饱满流畅，没有经过人工刻意地修剪，留存着自然的美感。

户型分析：

1、 入户左侧原本一堵墙显得特别拥挤，且功能不足，将此处设计一个鞋帽间，墙体后移至书房，不仅将两个空间的利用率达到最高，还满足女主人的收纳和换鞋的功能；

2、 厨房与客房之间的墙拆除一半，满足岛台和座椅的空间，拉长厨房的整体线条，视觉上会更加宽阔；

3、 通过走道，里面是主卧套房，走入式衣帽间与浴室相连，整体感和私密性更强。主卧储物柜与干区设计成一体，满足储物空间和功能的需求。

House type analysis:

1. The original wall on the left side of the house is particularly crowded and has insufficient functions. A shoe and hat room is designed here, and the wall is pulled back to the study, which not only achieves the highest utilization rate of the two spaces, but also meets the functions of the hostess to store and change shoes;

2. Half of the wall between the kitchen and the guest room will be removed to meet the space of the island platform and seats, lengthen the overall line of the kitchen, and make it more spacious visually;

3. Through the walkway, there is a master bedroom suite inside. The walk-in cloakroom is connected with the bathroom, which has a stronger sense of integrity and privacy. The lockers in the master bedroom are integrated with the dry area to meet the requirements of storage space and functions.

解决问题：

1、 LDK一体式空间设计，将整体功能区扩大，增加空间的采光。

2、 入户左边的空间较小，用来做鞋帽间最好不过

3、 佛堂我们设置在靠北的一个房间，私密性非常好，安静舒适

4、主卧内由洗浴间和休息室组合，将干区放置在休息室，与浴室互不干扰。

solve the problem:
