SketchUp Apartment

The goal was to develop a functional and visually balanced layout while showcasing my ability to bring spatial concepts to life through 3D modeling and design visualization.

I began by planning the apartment’s layout, focusing on circulation, zoning, and efficient use of space. From there, I modeled the full floor plan and furniture arrangement, paying close attention to proportion, flow, and how each element contributes to the overall aesthetic.

Once the model was complete, I explored materials, colors, and lighting to create a realistic sense of atmosphere within the space. The result is a cohesive, modern apartment design that highlights my skills in space planning, 3D modeling, and interior visualization, as well as my understanding of how function and style work together in residential design.
