China's leading real estate brand SOHO China headquarters in Shanghai    has opened in the near future. Rich foresight development strategy and         unsurpassed performance for SOHO China become worthy of the business model, and at the moment it ushered in the other a milestone, Bund SOHO  again through excellent design to tell people, the future is bright, full of           endless possibilities.

SOHO外滩内部的四个空间：公共空间，地下室，展示办公区和会所。项目的设计重点在于过去和未来之间的平衡——上海政府非常关注对外滩建筑群立面的保护，没错——正是这些来自上世纪三十年代的老建筑定格了外滩的历史与风情，它们与浦东耀眼的现代建筑群隔岸相望，构成了浦江两岸独特的城市风景。

SOHO the Bund interior of  the four spaces: public space, the basement,       display office area and clubs. Projects designed to focus on is past and future balance -- the Shanghai government is very concerned about the protection of the buildings on the  Bund facade, yes -- is from the 1930s old building      freeze the history and customs of the Bund, they and Pudong dazzling           modern building group to separate the shore across, constitute the river on  both sides of the unique scenery of the city.

AIM希望能够通过这个项目强调外滩穿越时间的经典外观，同时在内部打造充满当代气息的公共空间，以贴切地表达SOHO中国的发展愿景和品牌形象。

AIM hope that through this project to emphasize the classic appearance of     the Bund through time, while in the interior to create a public space full of      contemporary atmosphere, in order to express the SOHO China's                   development vision and brand image.

内外空间都采用了纹理简单的米色石材，呼应了外滩历史建筑群的表皮材料，同时，简单而醒目的白色表皮也更加贴合未来感的空间构思。一些独具匠心的细节，比如电梯厅旁边45度的拐角、奶油色的石材与开放明亮的空间相互烘托，似乎让人回到了爵士乐中的摩登上海。

Space and use simple texture Beige stone, echoing the cuticular material in  the historical buildings on the Bund group. At the same time, simple and      wake up the white skin are more fit a sense of the future of space                    onception. Some details of originality, such as elevator hall next to the 45      degree corner, cream colored stone and bright and open space mutual foil, seems to make people back to the Jazz in modern Shanghai.

夹层楼面是SOHO中国的上海总部办公室。壮观的室外视野成为室内空间的重要元素——白天，这里作为销售和业务洽谈的空间，室外的视野活化了空间体验，为商业活动注入轻松舒适的气氛。

空间体量的不断转换、温和的细节处理和明亮的颜色共同构筑了简单而直接的室内空间。

Sandwich floor is SOHO China's Shanghai headquarters office. Spectacular outdoor vision has become an important element of the interior space - the  day, here as a sales and business negotiation space, outdoor vision to        activate the space experience, for commercial activities into a relaxed and     comfortable atmosphere.

The continuous conversion of the space body, the mild details of the processing and the bright color together to build a simple and direct interior space.

夹层外部是由绿色点缀的露天会所，人们可以在这里尽情感受外滩和浦东的壮丽风景。

为人们在繁华都市的中心地带带来一丝平和与宁静。

The outside of the sandwich is made up of green dotted open air chamber,  where people can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Bund and Pudong.

For people in the heart of the downtown area to bring a ray of peace and        quiet.

落地窗和楼梯转台提供了绝佳的观景视角，人们的视野在城市全景和外滩之间切换，营造愉悦的视觉体验。

Windows and the staircase turret provides excellent viewing perspective,      people's vision to switch between the panoramic view of the city and the        Bund, and create a pleasant visual experience.

楼梯的设计与SOHO中国北京总部的楼梯相呼应——在打造上海总部独特办公空间的同时，维系了整个品牌统一的企业标识。

Staircase design and SOHO China Beijing headquarters of the stairs            echoes - in the building of a unique office space in Shanghai headquarters, while maintaining a unified corporate identity throughout the brand.

照明可以连接空间，也可以切割空间。在这个占据了人们大部分时间的工作区域，我们希望能够制造更加舒适精致的空间体验。我们在天花板的光源下覆了一层半透明膜，让光线均匀地穿过整片天花板柔和地铺洒下来。通过这样的创新和巧思，让室内外的光自然细密地融合在一起。

Lighting can connect space, but also can cut space. In this area of work that  takes up most of the time, we want to create a more comfortable and refined space experience. Under the ceiling light source, we covered a layer of           translucent film, let the light evenly across the entire ceiling soft ground floor shone. Through the innovation and ingenuity, make indoor and outdoor         natural light close together.

定制的地毯和艺术品微妙地烘托着空间的质感，营造亲和舒适的体验。

Custom carpet and artwork subtly heighten spatial texture, to create a            comfortable experience affinity.
