As a boutique hotel rising in Guangzhou, Chengji hotel has many direct hotels in Guangzhou.

本案为城迹酒店的3.0酒店产品，希望通过酒店空间

重构城市文化,为城市注入新的灵魂

。

This case is a 3.0 hotel product of Chengji Hotel, hoping to reconstruct urban culture through hotel space and inject new soul into the city.

酒店位于海珠北路1115号(西门口地铁站附近),周边环境由越秀与荔湾两大老城区旧街组成；市井的街区、破裂的骑楼、千年的佛塔、有味的粤语充满着浓郁的广式氛围。

The hotel is located at 1115 Haizhu North Road (near Ximen subway station). The surrounding environment is composed of Yuexiu and Liwan old streets. The streets, broken arcades, thousand year old pagodas and delicious Cantonese are full of strong Cantonese atmosphere.

通过调研考察，我们发现这里却少了一家可以值得称赞的旅居酒店，因而令我们想在此树立一个具有

城市记忆的

旅居空间

。

Through investigation and investigation, we find that there is not a hotel worthy of praise, so we want to establish a living space with city memory.

Dongzhe design company proposed to weaken the hotel matching and strengthen the regional matching. In the future, in the core business district, if the first floor is a public area, the rent will be relatively high, or there will not be enough ideal area as a public area. We wants to solve the pain caused by property defects through this project, and at the same time, it puts forward bold ideas to carry out dislocation competition.

In a mature business district, there have been solid supporting facilities, including authentic food, small shops in the market, and thousands of years of historical sites. In our opinion, all of them can become the supporting facilities of the hotel, which is a part of the added value of the hotel. What we need to do is to make the hotel guests more familiar with the city culture.

Combined with the historical and cultural background of academies in Guangzhou, the public area is defined as the air city academy. Its functions include reception, leisure, reading, viewing, urban cultural corridor, etc., with a mixed spatial layout.

From the design start to the completion of the renovation project of City Trace Hotel, all the staff of Oriental Concept Design had a trial stay experience in our own design project city Trace Hotel (West Gate Store), and started a sharing meeting on the design process of city Trace Hotel.

出了西门口地铁站走出来拐个弯就到了珠海特区大酒店，城迹酒店在珠海特区大酒店这栋楼的九楼十楼，坐电梯进到九楼那种

视觉冲击感

，与楼下形成了强烈的对比。

Walking out of the West Gate subway station and turning a corner, you will come to zhuhai SPECIAL Zone Hotel, which is on the ninth floor and tenth floor of this building. The visual impact of taking the elevator to the ninth floor is in sharp contrast with that downstairs.

一出电梯就能看到代表着

湾区历史文化变迁

的相片迎面而来，让人眼前一亮，走廊上的书架选书也特别文艺，其中一本答案之书更是给我们带来了极大的乐趣。

As soon as we stepped off the elevator, we were greeted by a dazzling array of photos representing the historical and cultural changes in the Bay Area. The bookshelves in the corridor were also filled with literary selections, and one of the answers books was a great pleasure.

九楼十楼走廊尽头的小阳台一定要去看看，俯瞰老街全貌时有一种

穿越回九十年代

的错觉。

The small balcony at the end of the corridor on the ninth floor and tenth floor must be visited. Overlooking the whole old Street is an illusion of travelling back to the 1990s.

The design of the hotel room breaks the traditional layout of the hotel, the intelligent projection screen is really great, and you can experience the movie scene by leaning on the comfortable pillow in the room. The room is also stocked with fresh fruit platters, drinks and snacks, as well as a hot water machine that looks small but powerful.

在客房的飘窗可以欣赏外面独属于广州老城区的历史建筑。

In the bay window of the guest room, you can enjoy the historical buildings which belong to the old city of Guangzhou.

这一次東哲小伙伴们在自己设计的酒店里分享属于自己在设计城迹酒店时的一些经验所得，也入住体验了自己设计的酒店。望東哲设计公司在以后的设计道路上更上一层楼。
