Передпокій вибудуваний навколо ідеї чистоти, лаконізму та чіткої організації функцій. Вхідна зона працює як буфер між зовнішнім і приватним простором — тут передбачено місце для ключів, сумок і швидких дій перед виходом.

Вбудована в нішу шафа з оздобленням під дерево формує стриманий об’єм, що зливається зі стіною та приховує містку систему зберігання. Велике дзеркало з контурним підсвічуванням виконує утилітарну функцію і додає простору глибини та світла.______​​​​​​​

The entryway is built around the ideas of clarity, minimalism, and precise functional organization. The entrance zone acts as a buffer between the exterior and the private interior — providing a dedicated place for keys, bags, and quick transitions.

A built-in niche wardrobe with wood-textured finishes forms a calm, seamless volume that blends into the wall, concealing generous storage. A full-height mirror with perimeter lighting serves a practical purpose while adding depth and softness to the space.

We combined the kitchen and living room into a unified open space, where every element supports the overall idea of lightness, restraint, and functional coherence. Clean lines, a soft natural palette, and tactile materials create a balanced environment for everyday life.

A terracotta sofa defines the lounge area, adding warmth and depth to the light-toned interior. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, composed of matte light facades, natural wood textures, and a stone countertop. The central island anchors the space while remaining visually light. Thoughtfully designed lighting scenarios emphasize the architectural structure of the furnishings and highlight key functional zones.

The focal point of the bedroom is a volumetric wall panel that sets a rhythmic structure and enhances the vertical composition of the headboard. A combination of pendant and recessed fixtures provides layered warm lighting suited to both functional and ambient scenarios.

A compact console with a mirror is integrated by the window — a flexible zone that functions as a vanity or a workspace. A deep terracotta accent chair introduces visual depth and tactile richness. Built-in storage is seamlessly integrated into the architectural envelope, maintaining the overall compositional integrity.

The result is a bedroom with a restrained aesthetic, where the space reads as cohesive, balanced, and functionally complete.

The bathroom is functionally organized with a clear division of care, hygiene, and utility zones.

Olive-toned mosaic in the shower area adds depth and serves as a key visual accent. Vertical surfaces with integrated storage systems create a restrained geometry and preserve spatial continuity. The utility block, housing the washer and dryer, is complemented by a full-size work surface and a dedicated drying area. Materials were selected for durability and tactile quality, supporting both everyday use and visual clarity.
