该设计利用了大板的力量，在该板下，减法占主导地位，除了休闲区和前廊，它们在某种程度上自行扩展。在平面图的构成中，对角轴给空间带来了一定的活力，揭示了游泳池和景观。

The design exploits the strength of large slabs, under which subtraction dominates, except for the leisure area and front porch, which somewhat expand themselves. In the composition of the floor plan, the diagonal axis brings a certain dynamism to the space, revealing the swimming pool and the landscape.

技术挑战之一是上层楼板的结构设计，特别是由东南角形成的悬臂，为汽车提供庇护。三个独立的双柱支撑着楼板的前缘，壁炉的部分体积在结构上被添加到其中：南立面，多孔且在一定程度上具有纪念意义，由与水平度形成对比的支撑节奏引导 屋顶的。另一方面，后北立面更加亲密、蜿蜒，可以通过建筑游行来发现。这座住宅的建造过程漫长而麻烦，其设计看起来就像它一直属于那种环境，属于那些绿色的田野。

One of the technical challenges was the structural design of the upper floors, specifically the cantilever formed by the south-east corner to provide shelter for the cars. Three independent double columns support the front edge of the floor slab, to which part of the volume of the fireplace is structurally added: the south facade, porous and to a certain extent monumental, is guided by a rhythm of supports that contrasts with the horizontality of the roof of. The rear north facade, on the other hand, is more intimate, sinuous and can be discovered through an architectural parade. The construction process of this house was long and troublesome, and it was designed to look as if it had always belonged in that environment, in those green fields.

In short, Tesche House is a tribute to modern architecture, specifically Brazilian architecture. It has everything: huts and palaces, cities and countryside; parts of the pampas, Planalto Central and Prata; Rio and São Paulo. A tribute to the inertia of architectural culture.
