“东方渔人码头”位于黄浦江两岸开发核心地带，紧邻北外滩区域，与陆家嘴金融区、北外滩邮轮、航运中心相衔接，是上海市黄浦江两岸综合开发重点项目之一。

“Shanghai Oriental Fisherman's Wharf”is located in core development area of both sides of Huangpu River which is near to North Bund Area and connected with the Lujiazui Financial District, North Bund mail steamer and shipping center. Meanwhile, it is one of the key comprehensive development in both sides of Huangpu River of Shanghai.

电梯厅作为承接空间的第一印象，设计师选用大理石墙面来保持空旷的公共空间的优雅性，加强空间的立体感，条纹电梯门富有质感，展现出空间的延伸感，与轻松的地面形成强烈的对比。发光灯膜配合拉丝不锈钢边框迅速提升空间的时尚感和现代感。 

Elevator hall as the first impression of connection space, the designers have chosen marble wall to keep the elegance of open public space, strengthen three-dimensional sense. Moreover, the striped elevator door is full of texture, showing extension of space and forming a strong contrast with relaxed ground. The luminescent lamp film mixed with stainless steel frame has promptly enhanced the sense of fashion and modernity for space.

奇数层咖啡休闲吧。在原建筑幕墙钢丝网镂空处按窗框造型做双层防爆玻璃，清玻做栏杆，利用原建筑结构的存在，保持基本材料的质朴，并与建筑材料相近。天花利用直线条的LED日光灯做简单装饰，简洁而实用。立面黑色拉丝不锈钢框作为绿植架使用，减少空间的枯燥感。空间基于简单的直线线条做穿插和交错，整体色调醒目而不花哨，是令人心生愉悦的简洁空间。

Odd-numbered layers of relaxation coffee bar. In the original building curtain wall, the steel wire mesh hollow place is made of double-deck explosion-proof glass according to the window frame shape and the clear glass as railings. With the existing of original building structure, the nature of basic materials has been kept and similar to building materials. Straight-line LED fluorescent lamps has been applied in ceiling as simple decoration which is showing concise and practical style. The vertical black wire-drawing stainless steel frame is used as a green planting frame to reduce the boredom of space. Space is based on simple straight lines to do interlude and intersection with overall tone is eye-catching and not fancy which is a pleasant simple space.

偶数层咖啡休闲吧。笔直的木饰面吧台位于这个扇形空间的中央，它将空间分割成两个区域，使用者可自行根据需求和家具的布置定义功能区的分布。为了增加自然元素，空间在墙面依然配备黑色不锈钢框盛绿植，交错排列，在简单的空间中制造变化，造就空间的趣味。光膜顶配合空间的结构，与室内造型形成呼应，亦为空间增添立体感。

Even-numbered layer of relaxation coffee bar. The straight wooden decorative bar is located in centeral area of this sector space and it has divided the space into two areas. Users can define the distribution of functional areas according to their needs and furniture layout. In order to increase the natural elements, the space is still equipped with black stainless steel frame green planting with staggered arrangement in a simple space to create changes and build up space fun. The structure of space has been matched with the top of optical film which has echoed with interior shape and added a three-dimensional sense to space.

作为连接和隔断各个空间的交通枢纽，走廊空间不是孤立的，而是与办公空间有着紧密的内在联系，设计以简洁、节省空间为主，地面是长长的走廊在视觉上相对最完整的一块区域，利用满铺毯装饰，吸音且改变空气的质量，现代简洁的图案具有较强的立体感，同时也配合办公空间的整体风格。

As the traffic hub to connect and separate various spaces, the corridor space is not isolated. However, it is closely related to office space with main design as conciseness and space-saving. The ground is the most complete visual area in long corridor with full carpet decoration to absorb sound and change the quality of air. The modern & concise design has a strong three-dimensional sense and also matches the overall style of the office space.

卫生间冷酷不羁的色泽和质感，具有相当的视觉冲击力。

The cool & unruly color and texture in toilet have considerable visual impact.

在不锈钢墙体上利用亚克力及灯光做门牌号，走廊空间既有细节又显得更加干净利落。

With acrylic & light as door number on stainless steel wall, the corridor space has both details and looks cleaner & neater.
