鹿特丹金普顿酒店将提供极具本地特色的餐厅给宾客享用，酒店附近有很多米其林星级餐厅，时髦的咖啡店和传统的欧洲餐厅，在这里还能品尝到极具当地风味的苹果酒以及具有薰衣草或海盐等创造性风味的斯特罗韦菲尔。

金普顿酒店及餐厅（Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants）

金普顿酒店起源于1981年的美国旧金山，比尔•金普顿 (Bill Kimpton) – 金普顿品牌的创始人提出了最早的“精品酒店”概念：充满设计感和地域风情的酒店、真正个性化的服务风格、贴心的设施和礼遇；让住店旅客能真正地感受到“宾至如归”，让每一次的旅行变成独特的体验，让住店的日常变得“不寻常”。30多年来，作为精品酒店鼻祖，金普顿酒店品牌已经在30多个城市拥有约60家独一无二的酒店。

The secret’s out. Once best known as the home of Europe’s largest container port, Rotterdam is rising as a destination for contemporary design, eclectic nightlife, and a place to get an authentic taste of city life in South Holland. It’s also one of the leafiest cities in the Netherlands with lush public parks dotted throughout the city. We’re bringing Kimpton’s design-driven aesthetic to Rotterdam’s Cool district (literally) in 2022.

Located in the historic POST building, the former main post office built in 1921, Kimpton Rotterdam is on Coolsingel, a dynamic business and shopping street in the city center. We’ll restore the property, including its soaring, 74-foot entry hall, to its original grandeur to create a modern boutique hotel with 231 luxury guest rooms.

Less than 20 minutes by foot or public transportation from Centraal Station and walking distance to Museumpark, Markthal and many architectural treasures, Kimpton Rotterdam will be the ideal base for business travelers as well as the growing number of leisure travelers who are discovering Rotterdam’s unconventional allure.

You don’t have to visit Amsterdam to see Van Goghs. Just a wooden-shoe’s throw from the hotel, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has a stellar collection—plus old masters, impressionists, surrealists, expressionists, pop art, and even home décor. Contemporary design lovers will want to visit Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art, a few blocks from the hotel, and Kunsthal, located in a building designed by renowned architecture theorist Rem Koolhaas. An appreciation of design permeates everything in Rotterdam, from the plethora of interior design and concept shops, to the ceiling of the Markthal, which has the largest artwork in the world, known as “The Sistine Chapel of Rotterdam.”

Rotterdam also has a blossoming dining scene, with a growing number of Michelin-starred restaurants, hip coffee shops, healthy brunch spots and traditional European food halls. We like exploring Markthal with 100+ restaurants and vendors, and Fenix Food Factory, which showcases local and artisanal products (think cider from the Netherlands’ first cider shop and stroopwafels with creative flavors like lavender or sea salt) in a warehouse in the former red-light district.

To close the evening, head to Witte de Withstraat, the buzzy neighborhood steps from the Kimpton Rotterdam, where you’ll find plentiful speakeasies and laid-back bars. If you like gin, don’t leave without sipping a Dutch genever, a sophisticated malted liquor made from juniper berries.
