Text description provided by the architects. The plot, of regular shape, is located in a residential neighborhood. The implantation strategy consisted of positioning the built mass to cover the entire front of the lot, from the eastern to the western boundary, freeing a large central patio as an organizing nucleus of social life. The house establishes controlled interior relationships towards the street while opening widely towards the backyard, taking advantage of the northern orientation, and promoting a gradual transition between the urban and domestic realms.

The house organizes its main functions on the ground floor. A longitudinal axis articulates the social areas—living room, dining room, and kitchen—that extend towards the gallery and the pool, promoting a living experience connected to the garden. At the same level, the service spaces and the master suite ensure the functional autonomy of the home on the ground floor throughout the plot. The upper floor houses two secondary bedrooms, conceived as a small independent unit that complements the program while engaging with the voids of the terraces and distant views.

The materiality is resolved through a balanced combination of exposed concrete, stone materials, and wood. The facade facing the street appears closed, in rhythm with vertical wooden elements that dress the language of the facade. The interior of the house opens up through large glazed surfaces protected by eaves and lattices. The architecture aims to blend with the passage of time, allowing light, shadows, and vegetation to complete the serene and warm atmosphere that defines the character of the house.
