旋转木门创造空间魔法——FGV 公寓设计

Da 1 stanza di 48 mq a 4 stanze di 16 mq: aumento delle superfici, moltiplicazione dello spazio. Due portali di legno rovesciati e girati a 90° – in pannelli multistrato di betulla – operano questa magia, provvedendo altresì alla “sparizione” del soppalco di metallo, pesante fardello della precedente RE-strutturazione immobiliare, e restituendo “aria” al vano. Lo spazio è così circolare: dal soggiorno, alla cucina, allo studio, alla stanza da letto superiore: che da sul soggiorno, sullo studio, collegata alla cucina da una scala monocroma gialla “cavata” nei portali di betulla; così come il banco cucina a fronte.

Un ulteriore minuto portale in pannelli multistrato inquadra il vano d’ingresso e gira a “foderare” il bagno ruotando ortogonalmente lungo i due assi verticale e orizzontale.

Una reinterpretazione dei tradizionali scuri in legno massello – inopinatamente rimossi dagli infissi – completa la spazialità “per via di levare” di questo piccolo-vasto monolocale, modulando opportunamente la luce delle sole due grandi finestrature.

From 1 room of 48 sqm to 4 rooms of 16 sqm: increase of surfaces, multiplication of space. Two overturned and turned 90 ° turnstiles - in birch plywood panels - operate this magic, also providing the "disappearance" of the metal loft, heavy burden of the previous real estate RE-structuring, and returning "air" to the compartment. The space is so circular: from the living room, to the kitchen, to the study, to the upper bedroom: that from the living room, on the study, connected to the kitchen by a yellow monochrome staircase "dug out" in the birch portals; as well as the front desk counter.

A further small portal in multilayer panels frames the entrance compartment and rotates to "latch" the bathroom by rotating orthogonally along the two vertical and horizontal axes.

A reinterpretation of the traditional dark wood in solid wood - unobtrusively removed from the fixtures - completes the spatiality "to lift" this small-sized studio, suitably modulating the light of only two large windows.
