牛肉拉面是全国各个城市都很常见的一种传统食物，而在碳水之都的西安，面食尤其深入西安人的日常生活。与其他连锁品牌的牛肉面不同，唐记希望能为食客打造不一样的就餐体验。除了食物的味道好之外，空间氛围也应该有足够的烟火气，并能突出品牌“三代传承名汤”的特色属性。

我们提取西安作为古城的文化属性以及品牌“三代传承”的特点，利用支起的窗扇以及斜向伸出的屋檐等造型，青石板、老船木以及稻草漆等自然古朴材料的运用，将整个空间打造出一种自然质朴的东方氛围。

Beef noodles is a traditional dish commonly found in cities across China. In Xi'an, known as the "Capital of Carbs," noodles are deeply woven into the daily lives of its residents. Unlike beef noodles from other chain brands, TangJi aims to create a distinctive dining experience for its customers. Beyond serving delicious food, the space is designed to evoke a warm, bustling atmosphere and highlight the brand's signature feature: "three generations of inherited broth expertise."

Drawing inspiration from Xi'an's cultural heritage as an ancient capital and the brand's "three-generation legacy," the design incorporates elements such as propped-open window panels and diagonally extended eaves, along with natural, rustic materials like bluestone, old ship timber, and straw-textured paint. These features come together to create a space imbued with a simple, earthy Eastern ambiance.
