D.B. Group is a company operating in the field of international logistics, with its headquarters located in Montebelluna, in a strategic area along the Feltrina state road, just a short distance from the connection to the Pedemontana Veneta highway. This location provides direct access to the main infrastructure networks of Northeast Italy—an ideal condition for an organization that operates daily in the efficient management of time, space, and the mobility of goods. The headquarters is situated within a productive district characterized by logistics-oriented buildings, structured around two typologies: warehouses and office spaces. The development of the area began in 2008, progressively defining a unified and recognizable architectural language based on clean geometries, distinct volumes, and a clear, identity-driven compositional order.

新的物流库房正是在此基础上发展而来，延续并强化了既有的建筑语言，以一种简洁而高效的方式进一步巩固了整体场地的统一形象。项目最具标识性的结构元素是低拱形屋顶，由三根大型钢索及主、次桁架系统支撑。该结构形式创造了一个开阔无阻的内部空间，具备充足的高度与简洁而有力的体量，为物流作业提供了极高的空间灵活性，并确保车辆可自由流通。内部裸露的结构不仅成为建筑构成的视觉元素，也构成了空间的尺度基准。拱形屋顶柔化了长方体体量的刚性轮廓，使建筑外观呈现出有节奏的韵律感。

The new logistics hangar builds upon this foundation, adopting a coherent and functional architectural language that strengthens the unified image of the site. The key structural element defining the project’s identity is the low-arched roof, supported by three large steel stays and a system of primary and secondary truss beams. This solution creates a vast, uninterrupted interior space, with generous height and a simple yet imposing volume—offering maximum flexibility in organizing logistics operations and allowing the free circulation of vehicles. The structure, left exposed inside, becomes both an architectural element and a measure of space. The curved roof softens the rigidity of the parallelepiped volume and establishes a perceptible rhythm even from the outside.

地下一层设有带独立出入口的停车区，并配备独立的人行通道；主层为物流操作空间，内部划分为作业区、分隔的办公及服务区、独立出入口及用于航空货盘处理的专门区域。整个交通流线经过精心组织，确保空间的有序与高效运转，并清晰区分了作业交通与人员通行路径。

The underground level houses a parking area with independent access and separate pedestrian routes, while the logistics floor is organized into operational areas, compartmentalized office and service zones, separate access points, and a section equipped for handling air freight pallets. The circulation flows are designed to ensure an orderly and functional use of space, clearly distinguishing between operational traffic and personnel pathways.

建筑外壳延续了整个工业园区的建筑语汇，以模块化重复与简洁理性的技术语言为基础。立面由一系列规律分布的装卸口与竖向开口构成，既保证自然通风与采光，又形成了富有节奏的外观秩序。实体墙面采用预制钢筋混凝土板制作，并涂以金属灰色涂层——这一选择突出了建筑的技术特征，使其与周边工业景观和谐融合。模块的重复与装饰元素的缺失，共同塑造出一种克制而优雅的建筑形象，让结构精度本身成为表达的语言。

The building envelope reflects the architectural vocabulary of the entire industrial complex, based on repeated modular construction and an essential, technical language. The façades are rhythmically articulated by a regular sequence of loading bays and vertical openings, providing natural ventilation and daylight inside. The solid surfaces are built from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, painted in metallic gray—a choice that emphasizes the building’s technical character and integrates it harmoniously into the surrounding industrial landscape. The repetition of modules and the absence of decorative elements produce a sober yet elegant architectural image, where construction precision becomes expressive language.

光线在项目中起到至关重要的作用。除了竖向开窗外，拱形屋顶还整合了连续的天窗系统，将自然光引入作业空间。这一设计减少了白天对人工照明的依赖，同时提升了工作环境的感知质量。竖向玻璃的透明度经过精心控制，与规则的开口节奏共同构成视觉的层次与空间的韵律，使这一工业建筑呈现出温和而高效的氛围。

Light plays a fundamental role in the project: in addition to the vertical openings, the vaulted roof integrates continuous skylights that bring zenithal light into the operational spaces. This system reduces the need for artificial lighting during the day and enhances the perceptual quality of the working environment. The combination of regular apertures and the controlled transparency of the vertical glazing gives visual depth and internal rhythm, transforming an industrial building into a welcoming and efficient infrastructure.

整体布局确保了最高效的流线组织：车辆与行人通道严格分离；中央作业区可根据企业需求灵活调整；服务区则被策略性地布置于不干扰车辆运行的位置。清晰的平面逻辑与中性的空间特质，使仓库能够随着时间推移不断演变，兼容新的自动化技术与多样化的运营模式。

The layout is designed to ensure maximum flow efficiency: vehicular and pedestrian paths are clearly separated, the central operational areas can be easily reconfigured according to the company’s needs, and service zones are strategically positioned to avoid interfering with vehicle movement. The clarity of the plan and the neutrality of the spaces allow the warehouse to evolve over time, accommodating new automation technologies and adapting to different operational configurations.

The new logistics hangar for D.B. Group Spa is an example of conscious infrastructural architecture, capable of combining functionality and architectural language. The vaulted roof, modular envelope, and precise management of flows define a building that does more than host a productive activity: it becomes part of a coherent and enduring built landscape. A sober and measured intervention that translates logistics efficiency into constructive clarity.
