打造了徐州市区首座宋风大宅

。园区“龙形”水景从东贯穿到西侧，建筑施工繁复，形态优美。

身入其中，一下就能感受到，紫宸公馆打造的并不是景观、绿化，而是一座园林：“虽由人作，宛自天开”。

Xuzhou Zichen Mansion, a low-density courtyard villa located next to Yunlong Park, has created the first Song style mansion in Xuzhou city. The "dragon shaped" water scenery in the park runs from east to west, with complex construction and beautiful form. Entering it, one can immediately feel that the Zichen Mansion is not a landscape or greenery, but a garden: "Although created by humans, it seems to bloom from the heavens.

Design Strategy  |  设计策略

紫宸公馆将宋风美学，转译成轻盈隽永的立面形态。近乎落地的玻璃幕墙立面搭配蓝眼睛、芝麻灰石材干挂，点缀金属精工细节，在蓝天映衬下，再现宋徽宗梦中“天青汝窑镀金边”的美景。

归家动线，是业主一张身份名片，紫宸公馆赋予归家至高仪式感。穿过标志性的府门，漫步于龙游曲沼的镜水、悬亭流瀑、文正亭等景观，一步一景。大量避风䈋、擗帘杆、钩窗阑槛等宋代建筑细节，质感强烈。将焚香、点茶、挂画、插花等宋代文人十般雅事搬进园林，把《清明上河图》、《岳阳楼记》、《千里江山图》搬进生活。一木一石，一亭台一水镜，都能读出宋画韵味，珍贵树木、宁静水景，点缀置石，古朴雅致。

Zichen Mansion translates the Song style aesthetics into a graceful and timeless facade form. The almost floor to ceiling glass curtain wall facade is adorned with blue eyes and sesame gray stone dry hanging, embellished with metal precision details. Against the backdrop of the blue sky, it reproduces the beautiful scenery of "sky blue Ru kiln gilded edge" in Emperor Huizong's dream of the Song Dynasty.The homecoming route is a business card of the homeowner, and Zichen Mansion endows the homecoming with the highest sense of ceremony. Passing through the iconic mansion gate, strolling through the scenic spots of Mirror Water, Hanging Pavilion Waterfall, and Wenzheng Pavilion in Longyou Qu Marsh, step by step. A large number of S

ong Dynasty architectural details such as wind shelters, curtain rods, hooked window sills, etc. have a strong texture. Bring the ten elegant things of Song Dynasty literati, such as burning incense, lighting tea, hanging paintings, and arranging flowers, into gardens, and bring "Along the River during Qingming Festival", "Record of Yueyang Tower", and "Thousand Miles of Mountains an

d Rivers" into daily life. Every tree, every stone, every pavilion, and every water mirror can read the charm of Song paintings. Precious trees, peaceful water features, and adorned with stones create a quaint and elegant atmosphere.

Detailed design and production  |  详细设计与制作

金属文字：

极致超薄不锈钢字，采用高精度激光切割与极限折弯工艺，实现0.5-1mm极窄立体线条，以毫米级精度构筑金属的极简光影美学。

Metal lettering：

Ultra-thin stainless steel lettering achieves 0.5-1mm ultra-narrow three-dimensional lines through high-precision laser cutting and precision bending techniques, crafting minimalist light and shadow artistry in metal with millimeter-level precision.

景亭：

金属栏杆格栅以数控切割勾勒线条，经精准组焊成型，表面作细腻处理，让古韵纹理与金属质感相融 。

Scenic Pavilion: Metal railings and grilles are shaped through CNC cutting, precisely welded assembly, and refined surface finishing, blending classic motifs with metallic textures.

金属格栅屏风：格栅经精密编织，网孔规整，

金属屏风以精密裁切勾勒线条，

与框架榫卯焊接相连，表面做防锈处理，隐于绿意间，朦胧成景 ，

筑就雅致屏障 。

Metal Grille Screen: The grille is meticulously woven with uniform mesh, while the metal screen features precision-cut outlines. Joined to the frame through mortise-and-tenon welding and rustproof surface treatment, it nestles amidst greenery, forming a veiled scenery that crafts an elegant barrier.

金属门窗

：

经激光精裁轮廓，以浮雕、镂空技法雕琢纹饰，表面作仿古处理，让金属肌理与古典图案相融，框景成画，尽显雅致。

Metal Tracery Window: Laser-cut contours are adorned with embossed and pierced motifs, finished with an antiqued patina that merges metallic textures with classical patterns. Framing views like living paintings, its elegance unfolds.

金属构件：经精密铸模，浮雕纹样细腻入微，以仿古铜着色晕染，与石材嵌合处严丝合缝，于绿意间藏匠心，凝萃古典韵味 。

Metal Component: Precision-cast with delicately embossed motifs, it features an antique bronze finish that seamlessly integrates with stone elements. Nestled within verdant surroundings, this craftsmanship distills classical elegance.
