旨在为上海提供具有深度、技术和细节的鸡尾酒体验。因此，

TUO

建筑设计事务所和有余建筑希望空间设计能够延续其专业性，从场地现状出发，打造一个以鸡尾酒和调酒师为核心的专业酒吧。

ToT bar & snax aims to create a cocktail experience in Shanghai that is defined by sophistication, expertise, and precision. Therefore, atelier TUO and Studio YO-U aim for the spatial design to reflect this professionalism, starting from the existing site conditions to create a professional bar centered around cocktails and mixologists.

酒吧位于街道转角处的台阶之上。场地原为餐厅，业主希望厨房部分保持不变，以支持酒吧的供餐需求，同时保留空调等设备。

The bar is located on a set of steps at the corner of a street. The site was formerly a restaurant, and the existing kitchen has been retained to support the bar’s food service needs, along with equipment such as the air conditioning.

拆除旧墙体后，一根柱子呈现在场地中央，并向四周发散出几道梁，形成类扇形空间。平面方案围绕这根

”

柱子展开，以柱子为中心规划酒吧的核心

调酒吧台，并围绕调酒师设置了

个吧台座位。剩余空间一侧设有三组卡座区，另一侧则为灵活布置的散座区。

After the demolition of the old walls, a column was revealed at the center of the space, with several beams radiating outward from it, forming a fan-like layout. The floor plan is organized around this

planned at its heart. Nine bar seats are arranged around the bartender. On one side of the remaining space are three booth seating areas, while the other side features a more flexible arrangement of loose tables and chairs.

设计希望在细节上体现酒吧的自我定位。方案从材料和构造出发，克制地使用装饰手法，以呈现每种材料的必要性。设计如下：

黑色石材

用于

地面材料和吧台脚

踏，便于清洁和抗磨损。

小尺寸瓷砖

用于吧台侧面和卡座基座，便于施工以适应弧线和小尺寸的卡座。

原色木材

贴近客人，用于座椅和墙面护墙板，表面贴以软包，提升舒适度。

黑色亮漆实木

用于木材收边，吧台面采用紫铜，展现一定的经典气质。

在门头设计上，我们将室内座椅内部构造直接

“

暴露

”

于室外，结合向内缩进的门，自然形成三段立面。每段立面上方进行局部吊顶，圆形风口内布置排风和新风设备。

For the façade design, the internal structure of the indoor seating is intentionally “exposed” to the exterior. Combined with a recessed doorway, this naturally forms a three-part facade. Above each part, partial dropped ceilings are added, with round vents housing both exhaust and fresh air systems.
