The century-old cultural heritage of Shanghai's Huangpu District embodies a modern melding of East and West. Taking the "Shanghai Garden" as its core, the "Daniu Sukiyaki Hong Kong Plaza" restaurant, in its 5.0 Black Gold concept store upgrade, embraces the theme of Shanghai culture and modern living, with the vibrant flowers of Shanghai's Huangpu District as its primary theme. 

香港广场坐落的黄浦区中心作为上海最能代表东西交融的区域，大牛作为出自上海的品牌，在黄浦区域的首店，该项目以「大牛观邸，海派花园，摩登优雅，人间至味」为场景概念，大牛在城市假日里的海派花园，摩登的里弄街道里，每一隅都成为老上海故事的当代注脚。

Hong Kong Plaza is located in the heart of Huangpu District, Shanghai's most representative area of East-West fusion. As a Shanghai-based brand, Daniu's first store in Huangpu District is based on the concept of "Daniu's Residence, Shanghai-style Garden, Modern Elegance, and the Finest Taste of the World". In the Shanghai-style Garden and modern alley streets of the city holiday, every corner of Daniu has become a contemporary footnote to the story of old Shanghai.

In a cultural context, Shanghai's alleyways have never been limited to a single look: from the rustic red walls and thick, black-painted gates to the Shikumen (Shikumen) houses, sycamore trees, the bustling streets, and the bustling traffic... Each element is constructed with a unique design technique: the textured red paint, plant furnishings, crystal-like wall lamps, and the exquisitely retro plaques in the garden corridors create a striking contrast with the staggered layers of classical Chinese eaves.

The atmosphere of "Daniu Mansion" evokes a modern film set in the Mood for Love era, bringing the script and stage to life in the restaurant.Having evolved through several locations, Daniu's pursuit of high-quality ingredients has become even more relentless.

The material palette embodies the ingenious concept of "using simplicity to achieve luxury"—eliminating complex forms and allowing the inherent quality of the materials to create a foundational tone for the space, allowing elegance and grandeur to naturally flourish within the basic lines.

我们以现代手法引入古典建筑的屋檐和开窗，打造一个充满故事和历史感的入口的廊轩。一根海派西式立柱斜斜撑起檐下空间，通过屏风、匾额、鎏金板的大牛元素书画等装饰元素，赋予空间丰富的情感体验和超现实的场所感，仿佛一脚踏入老电影里中西融合的摩登场景。

Upon reaching the restaurant's entrance, guests are greeted by a century-old encounter with Shanghainese flair. We've incorporated classical architectural eaves and window openings with modern techniques to create an entrance hallway imbued with a sense of story and history. A single, Western-style column supports the space beneath the eaves.

The solidity of the gallery and the emptiness of the courtyard's gridded partitions create a multi-layered space, a blend of reality and illusion, weaving through light and shadow. Introducing the concept of time and space, the gallery "voids" the once heavy storefronts, allowing external light and shadow to filter freely.

The self-service counter's background wall is a fusion of materials and light and shadow. Platinum patterns and red velvet-textured wallpaper echo the crystal wall lamps, creating a symmetrical and rich variation in color, proportion, and metallic details. The logo base is deliberately distressed to resemble an old plaque.

的装饰线条元素，平面性质的运用手法虽简单，但能极大程度地将空间对于色彩，几何的美学追求释放。弧线拱顶，西方线条与东方装饰元素融合，更塑造出了一种私邸式的餐饮美学空间的氛围之境。

Shanghai boasts the second-highest number of Art Deco buildings in the world, second only to New York. Nearly a century of colonial architectural history, stretching from Hengshan Road to the Bund, is imbued here. The space incorporates these centuries-old epitomes into every detail: The space features unique Art Deco decorative lines. 

发光云石淌出的光晕，将食材的高级品质衬得愈发清晰。

The halo of light cast by the luminous marble highlights the high quality of the ingredients even more clearly.

金色屋檐挑起中式古典的韵致，廊柱与墙面却透着西式画廊的浪漫，中西碰撞的古典主义，让空间多元相融。金属亮饰面屋檐在空间内部大胆铺陈，形成古今融合又颇具颠覆性的先锋视觉感。与此同时，室内一屋檐之下却沿用简单的空间构造，视觉、场域、空间的平衡尽在屋檐之下，将海派公馆风场域腔调推向另一种极致沉浸式体验感。

The golden eaves evoke a classical Chinese charm, while the columns and walls exude the romance of a Western gallery. This fusion of Eastern and Western classicism creates a diverse and harmonious space. The bright metal eaves boldly blend within the space, creating a groundbreaking, avant-garde visual experience that blends ancient and modern elements. 

融合了古老的木格栅和障子纸工艺的精致金属牌匾，背景墙面氤氲暖光，柔软纸质肌理和铜色金属交织，直接将人们带入了超现实的大牛府邸庭院，让人分不清是在古今繁华里，还是食人间烟火色的光影中。

The exquisite metal plaque combines ancient wooden grilles and shoji paper craftsmanship, the background wall is filled with warm light, and the soft paper texture and copper metal are interwoven, directly bringing people into the surreal courtyard of the Daniu Mansion

The "Four Leisures" are not simply static displays, but rather narrative vehicles for the space. Everyday objects like screens, calligraphy and paintings, flower arrangements, incense burners, and tea sets are incorporated into the consumer scene, imbuing the artistic conception of "leisure" with a touch of the mundane.

墙面仅以利落线条划分区域，留白处恰到好处地缀以装饰画。此处沿用古铜色金属板，斑驳的肌理，如宋画般，透露时光浸润、烟火滋养的状态，黑红色调配搭，

Artdeco 

的小砖装饰细节，诠释海派东方的复古色彩腔调。悬挂而出一处黄麻纸帘，纸上是唐朝韩滉创作的《五牛图》仰头、或吃草，悠然自得的生态，从中式古典画作的软装搭配中寄托情景，再次表达大牛的食材本味的品牌核心。

The space's aesthetic is defined by a "subtractive" aesthetic: walls are divided only by clean lines, leaving blank spaces strategically placed for decorative artwork. The use of antique bronze metal panels continues here, its mottled texture evoking the image of Song Dynasty paintings, revealing the passage of time and the nourishment of life. A black and red color palette, along with Art Deco brick details, embodies the retro, oriental aesthetic of Shanghainese cuisine. 

石库门，承载着上海人居住的空间，蕴含上海近代城市文脉的象征。取石库门的美学元素和上海人的共同回忆，将海派精神勾勒出当下需求所呈现的空间形式。拱形窗依次排开左右对称，打造出一个新海派里弄的场景。当繁华已成背景，沉淀下来的是深厚的人文厚度感。让人忘却都市的忙碌，静心就餐。

Shikumen, the residential space for Shanghainese, embodies the symbolism of Shanghai's modern urban heritage. Drawing on the aesthetic elements of Shikumen and the shared memories of Shanghainese, this restaurant embodies the spirit of Shanghainese in a spatial form tailored to contemporary needs.

图形以几何韵律铺展，结构与线条的配合，共同呈现着传统海派文化故事的礼序和腔调。轻盈的留白与浓重的墨金之间反复碰撞，和石库门的拱形阵列意镜，一起烘托就餐入座通道的仪式感。复古经典和当代前卫交织的多元氛围。

Beneath this dome and streamlined chandelier, an array of arches replicates the spatial contours of a Shikumen (a traditional Chinese house). Art Deco patterns adorn the walls in a geometric rhythm. The interplay of structure and lines evokes the rituals and tone of traditional Shanghainese culture.

Intricately patterned glass partitions create a hazy, transparent space, gently separating the interior and exterior. Hanging paintings and vintage wall lamps evoke a nostalgic mood. Rows of Art Deco brass-colored symbolic line details explore the classical aesthetic of order and proportion through a refined modern design language.

Retro and literary, rendering a layer of nostalgic filter, capturing the Daniu Guandi - with a retro and prosperous venue as the backdrop and the immersive scene of the Shanghai style garden as the track, everyone who steps into it can have a deep emotional resonance with the story behind the space.
