无山别墅（Cloud Villas）

项目突破了中国依然严重同质化的城市环境，设计灵感源自于村落的有机组织形态，并意图拥抱传统中国住宅建筑中的含蓄美学。

Adjacent to XiangHu Wetland Park in Nanchang, SCDA’s residential project is a departure from China’s standardized urban environments, offeringa design inspired by traditional village typologies, while embracing the nuances of traditional Chinese architecture.

在总体规划设计阶段，我们将重点放在对围绕群落的中间空间的尺度和比例进行控制和区分，以及通往别墅的景观大道和归家小径。

In formulating the master plan, emphasis was placed on controlling and differentiating the scale and proportion of the spaces between the clusters, as well as the various avenues and smaller pathways leading to the villas.

通过乔乡路上的入口进入一个尺度亲切的落客庭院，宽阔的景观大道连接了七个别墅组团。每个组团都有专属的入口坊门，提供了私密感，居民将通过组团内精心打造的小巷和景观庭院来归家。

The entrance along Qiaoxiang Road leads to an intimate drop-off court. Seven clusters of villas are connected by wide landscaped avenues. Each cluster has its entry gate, providing a sense of privacy. Residents access their homes throughshared courtyards and narrow lanes within each cluster. 

精致而极简的建筑语言贯穿73栋别墅。通过将两栋或三栋别墅单体整合为一个模块而进行的建筑体量设计，避免了立面和屋面造型的碎片化，创造出一个整体连贯的构图。简约的建筑设计为景观提供了一张干净的白色画布，让馥郁的绿植在其中扮演重要角色，恰如中国山水画中的“留白”。

The refined architectural language emphasizes simplicity and austerity across the 73 villas. Integrated façade and roofs in modules of two or three villas create a cohesive composition. The minimalist architecture provides a canvas for the landscape design, allowing greenery to play a prominent role.

考虑到南昌的温带气候，南北立面采用了不同的处理方式。平面布局中主要空间和窗户集中在阳光充足的南侧，而北侧则尽可能地采用实墙，以解决相邻别墅之间的隐私问题。

In consideration of the temperate climate, the north and south façade are treated differently. Main spaces and windows are concentrated on the sunnier south side, while the north side features solid walls, addressing privacy concerns between adjacent villas.

南立面的窗框上加入了香槟色金属百叶窗，为简约的表达增添了细节。北立面则采用雕塑化的处理手法，用大面积的石质格栅整合了突出的山墙，创造出优雅隽永而富有韵律感的立面设计。

The south façade incorporates metal louvers on window frames, adding detail to the minimalist expression. Sculpturally treated north façade integrates stone screens with protruding gable walls, creating a timeless and rhythmic design.

材料的选择进一步强化了现代美学，别墅外墙采用了大规格白色铝板，以衬托窗户上精心设计的香槟色铝型材立面构件。白瓷般细腻的外墙表面结合金属质感的细节，突显出干净和现代的表达。一层院墙上采用了纹理丰富的花岗岩，在下层和上层体量之间形成鲜明的对比，进一步强化了“白云浮于山石之上”的设计概念。

Material selection reinforces the modern aesthetic, with large-format white aluminum panels for the villa façade and champagne aluminum profiles detailing the windows. The combination of white porcelain-like surfaces and metallic window details accentuates a clean and contemporary expression. The first-floor courtyard walls showcase richly textured granite, establishing a vivid contrast between lower and upper volumes, reinforcing the architectural design 

concept.
