本案是位于珠海 的一个400㎡的四层别墅私宅，项目原带装修，因是上叠别墅的关系，在户型上无法做太大的改动，设计师通过材质的变化、结构的更改和光影氛围的营造，为使用者打造了一个极简的生活氛围。

This project is a 400㎡ four-story villa located in Zhuhai. The property originally had existing renovations, and due to being an upper duplex, significant changes to the layout were not possible. The designer created a minimalist living atmosphere for the residents by altering materials, adjusting the structure, and enhancing the ambiance with light and shadow.

地下室入户玄关分为一进玄关和二进玄关，一进玄关作为换鞋区，二进玄关则是以“艺术长廊”为设计理念，这里展示着业主的兴趣爱好；

女主人的拼图挂画、男主人收藏的高尔夫球等....

The basement entryway is divided into two sections: the first entryway and the second entryway. The first entryway serves as a shoe-changing area, while the second entryway is designed as an "art gallery" concept. This space showcases the homeowners' interests and hobbies, including the hostess's puzzle artwork and the host's collection of golf balls, among others.

我们在首层的玄关入户处置入了一个植物间，格栅木门作为植物间的开关，同时也作为大门与室内的隔断。

种植区内配置了一颗红枫，配备了自动喷淋系统与模拟日照的灯光系统，确保植物的光照与湿度，即便是出去旅游也不需要担心

At the main entryway on the first floor, we incorporated a plant room. A wooden slatted door serves as both the entrance to the plant room and a partition between the main door and the interior. Inside the planting area, we included a Japanese maple tree, equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and a simulated sunlight lighting system to ensure proper light and humidity for the plants. This setup eliminates the need for concern, even when the homeowners are away on vacation.

入户玄关左侧规划了一处休闲区，为业主提供了与宠物互动的空间，同时卡座上方的日式提拉窗是与厨房连接的通道，平时在这里下午茶的时候就可以从厨房将备好的点心与洗好的水果通过窗户递到休闲区。

On the left side of the entryway, we designed a cozy relaxation area, providing the homeowners with a space to interact with their pets. Above the built-in seating, we installed a Japanese-style sliding window that connects to the kitchen. This allows for convenient interaction—during afternoon tea, snacks and freshly washed fruits prepared in the kitchen can easily be passed through the window to the relaxation area.

设计师通过对空间的处理，使红枫可以在不同的生活区域欣赏到，营造出极致的极简生活空间。

The designer skillfully positioned the space so that the red maple tree can be admired from various living areas, creating an ultimate minimalist living environment.

Plant Room

餐厅的天花原本有一道梁柱，设计师顺应着在一侧加了一道梁柱，再通过户型连接梁柱之间的衔接，由此得到了餐厅天花的造型。

The dining room ceiling originally featured a beam, so the designer added another beam on one side to balance it. By skillfully connecting the two beams with the layout, the ceiling design for the dining area was elegantly formed.

客厅将休闲观影区和茶室结合在一起，形成一个多功能的生活空间

The living room combines a leisure and movie-watching area with a tea room, creating a multifunctional living space.

茶室规划在沙发后，平时男主人可以一边喝茶一边与家人观影，沙发选择的是一款可移动靠背双面坐的，这样家人也可以转过来一起喝茶聊天。

The tea room is planned behind the sofa, allowing the homeowner to enjoy tea while watching movies with the family. The sofa is a movable, dual-sided design with adjustable backrests, enabling family members to turn around and join in for tea and conversation.

楼梯在原基础上做了改造，通过材质的更换与结构的变化，再加上光影的氛围营造，构建出一个具有建筑感的艺术楼梯

The staircase was remodeled based on its original structure, incorporating changes in materials and adjustments to its design. Combined with the strategic use of light and shadow, it creates an architecturally inspired artistic centerpiece.

主卧的电视背景墙以极简的手法处理，电视一侧做了一面隐藏的杂志柜，可以收纳遥控器，睡前读物等

The TV wall in the master bedroom is designed with a minimalist approach. On one side of the TV, there is a concealed magazine cabinet, providing storage for remote controls, bedtime reading materials, and more.

女儿房在极简的设计手法上加入了一些法式的元素，营造出专属女孩子的浪漫氛围。

The daughter's room incorporates French-inspired elements into its minimalist design, creating a romantic atmosphere tailored specifically for a young girl.

男孩的卧室以舒适温馨为主，通过一道极简的日式三联趟推拉门可以通往多功能空间，可以在这里做作业，使用电脑，或是健身等....

The boy's bedroom focuses on comfort and warmth. A minimalist Japanese-style triple sliding door leads to a multifunctional space, where he can do homework, use the computer, or even exercise, among other activities.

多功能空间均采用自动升降的窗帘与窗户，可以使原本的室内空间变成半户外空间，为居住着创造不同的生活方式。

The multifunctional space features automatic rise-and-fall curtains and windows, transforming the interior into a semi-outdoor area, offering residents a unique living experience.

顶层为业主规划了一个茶室空间，通过升降窗的处理，使原本的室内空间可以变成半户外空间，为业主保留一个感受户外空间的区域。

The top floor has been designed as a tea room for the owner. With the use of lift windows, the interior space can be transformed into a semi-outdoor area, providing the owner with a dedicated space to enjoy the outdoors.
