云羚数字园位于广州花都区城市中轴线核心位置，为广州市年度重点项目。园区以“科技+数字文化”为核心产业，围绕电竞、数字科技、影视制作、电商直播等领域，形成集合创新孵化、研发、生产和运营为一体的数字产业生态圈。

The project is located at the core of the city axis of Huadu District, Guangzhou, and is a key project of Guangzhou. The project takes technology and digital culture as the core industry, focusing on e-sports, digital technology, film and television production, e-commerce live broadcasting and other fields, forming a digital industry ecosystem integrating innovation incubation, R&D, production and operation.

园区有多栋建筑，涵盖双塔高层办公大楼、独栋办公裙楼、国家级电竞馆等多种不同功能，综合规划布局、展示界面、建筑形态等多维考量，最终形成了高低错落的半包围式的建筑布局。在此当中，设计团队通过玻璃幕墙与钢结构的构造组合，打造出各有特点又相互呼应的不同建筑立面，共同形成完整的园区体系。

There are many buildings in the project, covering a variety of different functions such as double-tower high-rise office buildings, single office podiums, national gaming halls, etc. The comprehensive planning layout, display interface, building form and other multi-dimensional considerations have finally formed a semi-enclosed building layout with staggered heights. In the process, the design team creates different building facades with their own characteristics that echo each other through the combination of glass curtain walls and steel structures, which together form a complete park.

As a technical service consultant for the whole process of building envelope system in the project, we take “design-build integration” thinking through the whole life cycle of the project, and intervene in the conception stage of the program, providing technical strategies from the selection of materials and materials of the project, the realizability of the project, as well as the conditions of the building structure that need to be considered for the installation of the curtain wall, to the deepening of the technology, the construction cooperation and operation and maintenance services, and providing accurate technical previews. In addition, the company has made thorough consideration and millimeter-level precision control to make the design visible and the craftsmanship palpable.

核心亮点 | Highlights

1.双子塔楼 | 悬挑的玻璃

百米双子塔作为花都中轴线的地标，打造成灯塔视觉建筑，由上而下各处细节都展现出设计的匠心。

流光立面精选双层中空LOW-E玻璃幕墙，提供360°超广角视野俯瞰景观风华，并满足隔热隔音的节能需求。大面玻璃幕墙以折线转折形式拼接，打破立面单调性；同时，适应渐变式的主体结构，在中部精心布置倾斜式钢架，分隔上下部分的玻璃幕墙，营造悬浮感。

眺望屋顶，以钢结构为支撑“骨骼”，悬挑玻璃幕墙。细看入口，挑空8米的玻璃幕墙，悬挑5米的玻璃雨棚，共同构造形成外倾式大堂。

1.Twin Towers | Suspended Glass 

The 100-metre Twin Towers, as the landmark of Huadu's central axis, are built as a lighthouse visual architecture, with all details from top to bottom showing the craftsmanship of design.

The streamlined facade features a selected double-layer hollow LOW-E glass curtain wall, providing a 360° ultra-wide-angle view overlooking the landscape scenery and meeting the energy-saving demand for thermal and acoustic insulation. The glass curtain wall is spliced together in the form of zigzag lines to break the monotony of the facade; at the same time, in order to adapt to the gradual change of the main structure, an inclined steel frame is carefully arranged in the centre to separate the upper and lower parts of the glass curtain wall, creating a sense of suspension.

Looking at the roof, the steel structure is used as the supporting skeleton and the glass curtain wall is cantilevered. Looking closely at the entrance, the 8-metre glass curtain wall and 5-metre glass canopy form an outward leaning lobby.

2.电竞中心 | 双层的立面

国家级电竞数字馆建筑面积逾5000㎡，具备承办国家级和单项国际性电竞比赛的能力。场馆融合比赛、会议、展示、互动体验、新闻播报等多元功能，是整个产业园区“电竞”主题的核心载体。

考虑到电竞数字馆处在园区的主要展示界面上，我们认为突出的建筑形象有利于吸引人流、提升人气，于是建筑立面采用了玻璃幕墙+装饰构件的双层表皮设计，打造立面的层次感，成为园区的视觉记忆焦点。在立面设计中，创新采用斜向钢结构，塑造利落的切割线条，加强视觉冲击力；外挂渐变式装饰线条，构造独特的形态美学，同时兼具遮阳节能的实用功能。

2.Gaming Centre | Double-decker facade 

The national-level digital gaming hall has a floor area of more than 5,000㎡ and is capable of hosting national and single international gaming tournaments. The venue integrates multiple functions such as competition, conference, exhibition, interactive experience, news broadcasting, etc. It is the core carrier of the e-sports theme of the whole industrial park.

Considering that the digital gaming hall is on the main display interface of the project, we believe that a prominent architectural image is conducive to attracting people and enhancing popularity, so the building facade adopts a double skin design of glass curtain wall + decorative components to create a sense of hierarchy in the facade and to become the focus of the visual memory of the project. In the design of the facade, the innovative use of oblique steel structure, shaping sharp cutting lines, to strengthen the visual impact; external gradient decorative lines, to construct a unique form of aesthetics, and at the same time, both the practical function of shading and energy saving.

3.独栋裙楼 | 几何的搭配

园区临路构建了成排的独栋总部办公楼群体，采用多层高设计，可满足企业商业、办公、展示等多种需求。

独栋裙楼沿街排布，其既是园区的昭示面，也是入驻办公企业的展示面，因此建筑立面在玻璃幕墙的基础上，叠加了几何元素组合，营造动感活力与光影层次。

3.Detached Podium | Geometric Collocation 

Rows of detached headquarter office buildings are constructed along the roadside of the project, adopting multi-storey design, which can satisfy the needs of enterprises in business, office and exhibition.

The single podium is arranged along the street, which is not only the indication surface of the project, but also the display surface of the enterprises, so the building facade is superimposed with geometrical elements on the basis of the glass curtain wall, which creates dynamic vitality and layers of light and shadow.
