在新时代的浪潮中，人工智能已然跃居新经济发展的核心引擎之位，成为新质生产力的关键推动力量。广电运通作为人工智能行业应用领域的佼佼者，为了加速智能产业的发展，全新建设新一代AI智能设备产业基地，打造“新总部”+“数据产业园”。目前一期已经顺利投产使用，二期正在如火如荼地建设，涵盖展厅、研发、生产等多元功能。

In the new era, artificial intelligence has become the core engine of new economic development and a key driver of new productivity. GRGBANKING as a leader in the application field of AI industry, in order to accelerate the development of the intelligent industry, has newly constructed a new generation of AI intelligent equipment industrial base to create a new headquarters and data industrial park. At present, the first phase has been put into operation, and the second phase is under construction, covering showroom, R&D, production and other diversified functions.

产业基地择址广州市黄埔区中新知识城。中新知识城是中国、新加坡战略合作的标杆性平台，国家明确定位为粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心重要引擎，重点发展新一代信息技术产业等高端产业集群，这与广电产业基地的产业导向高度契合。

The project is located in the Sino-Singapore Knowledge City (SSKC) in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City. The Sino-Singapore Knowledge City is a benchmark platform for cooperation between China and Singapore, and is clearly positioned by the state as an important engine of the international science and technology innovation centre in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on the development of high-end industrial clusters such as new-generation information technology industry, which is highly compatible with the industrial orientation of the project.

作为集展示与生产于一体的新质生产力项目，整体设计摆脱传统的“冰冷感”，打造融合美学与人文生态的创新空间。项目采取围合式设计，既有内部工作场所的私密性，也有外部公共区域的开放性；巧妙规划出开阔的中央庭院，既提供休闲空间，又成为绿色氧吧。

As a new productivity project integrating exhibition and production, the overall design is free from the traditional coldness and creates an innovative space integrating aesthetics and humanistic ecology. The project adopts an enclosed design, which provides both privacy for the internal workplace and openness for the external public area; and cleverly plans an open central courtyard, which provides both leisure space and a green oxygen bar.

主入口处，匠心构建架空廊道，宛如城市的纽带，串联起建筑与自然，廊道下的水景潺潺流淌，营造别具一格的欢迎仪式感与氛围感。

At the main entrance, an elevated corridor is constructed as a link between the city, connecting the building and nature, and a water feature gurgles under the corridor, creating a unique sense of welcoming ceremony and atmosphere.

As a technical service consultant for the whole process of building envelope system in the project, we take “design-build integration” thinking through the whole life cycle of the project, and intervene in the conception stage of the program, providing technical strategies from the selection of materials and materials of the project, the realizability of the project, as well as the conditions of the building structure that need to be considered for the installation of the curtain wall, to the deepening of the technology, the construction cooperation and operation and maintenance services, and providing accurate technical previews. In addition, the company has made thorough consideration and millimeter-level precision control to make the design visible and the craftsmanship palpable.

核心亮点 | Highlights

1.大楼幕墙 | 悬浮感鳞片

项目立于城市主干道创新大道旁，为了呼应城市界面，设计团队创作了独特的建筑天际线形象。主立面运用像“鳞片”一样排布的单元式幕墙设计，并摒弃了外露开启扇，同时再以L型超白玻璃幕墙分割，整体赋予悬浮般的轻盈视觉效果。

1. Building Curtain Wall | Suspended Scale

The project is located next to the city's main road, Innovation Avenue, and in order to echo the urban interface, the design team created a unique image of the building's skyline. The main façade uses a scale-like arrangement of unit curtain wall design, and abandoned the exposed opening fan, and then divided by the L-shaped ultra-white glass curtain wall, the whole gives a suspended light visual effect.

2.大楼入口 | 尽显通透感

主入口的大堂立面，采用了7.8米高的全玻幕墙，阳光透过剔透无挡的玻璃倾洒而入，造就明亮开阔的空间，带来光影交织的感官盛宴。

2. Building Entrance | Transparency

The lobby façade of the main entrance adopts a 7.8-metre-high full-glass curtain wall, and the sunlight pours in through the transparent and unobstructed glass, creating a bright and open space and bringing a feast for the senses with the intertwining of light and shadow.

3.展厅玻璃 | 光电新界面

展厅的外立面采取环弧形玻璃幕墙设计，如波浪般流畅，赋予建筑灵动之美。用材上选取了光学性能卓越的数字玻璃光幕，融入智能光电玻璃技术，既能在自适应环境下实现变幻的光影效果，又能作为展现力丰富的互动传播工具，尽显科技感与现代美学。

3. Exhibition Hall Glass | New Territories

The façade of the exhibition hall adopts a circular curved glass curtain wall design, which is as smooth as waves, giving the building a dynamic beauty. The digital glass light curtain with excellent optical performance is selected as the material, and the intelligent photoelectric glass technology is integrated, which not only realises the changing light and shadow effect, but also serves as an interactive communication tool with rich expressive power, showing the sense of science and technology and modern aesthetics to the fullest extent.
