越秀·大学城和樾府位于广州番禺区国际创新城的核心区。项目周边有地铁4号线新造站，1站到大学城，4站达琶洲，5站通金融城；通过南大干线串联广州南站、长隆-万博CBD，实现30分钟直达珠江新城。

Grand Mansion is located in the core area of International Innovation City in Panyu District, Guangzhou. The project is surrounded by Xinzao Station of Metro Line 4, which is 1 station to the university town, 4 stations to Pazhou and 5 stations to the financial city. Through the Nanda Trunk Line, the project is connected to Guangzhou South Railway Station and Changlong-Wanbo CBD, realizing a 30-minute direct access to Zhujiang New City.

As a technical service consultant for the whole process of building envelope system in Grand Mansion, we take “design-build integration” thinking through the whole life cycle of the project, and intervene in the conception stage of the program, providing technical strategies from the selection of materials and materials of the project, the realizability of the project, as well as the conditions of the building structure that need to be considered for the installation of the curtain wall, to the deepening of the technology, the construction cooperation and operation and maintenance services, and providing accurate technical previews. In addition, the company has made thorough consideration and millimeter-level precision control to make the design visible and the craftsmanship palpable.

1.理念 | 外部共融

紧扣“与自然无界”的理念，和樾府外立面通过玻璃加线条的精巧设计，让建筑晶莹剔透，宛如陈设在公园中的水晶盒子。

整体上，通透的立面玻璃，简洁的横向线条，让建筑和周边环境融洽共生。分布上，我们注重建筑体在不同方位的景观相融，不同立面采取不同设计，营造连续、丰富、有张力的建筑界面。

1.Concept | External Integration

Closely following the concept of no boundaries with nature, the facade of Grand Mansion adopts the exquisite design of glass and lines, making the building crystal clear, just like a crystal box displayed in the park.

Overall, the transparent facade glass, simple horizontal lines, make the building and the surrounding environment in a harmonious symbiosis. In terms of distribution, we focus on the landscape integration of the buildings in different directions, and adopt different designs for different elevations to create a continuous, rich and tense architectural interface.

2.幕墙 | 霸屏景观

和樾府采用全玻璃幕墙的设计，打破边界感，尤其考虑到与公园环境的协调性，延展玻璃用面，在窗间墙、飘窗上均使用玻璃。

而全景玻璃幕墙设计，突破空间感，将园林景致引入室内，为居住者提供了270°的IMAX级别景观面、约29米的一线公园环幕视野，享受无界园景的视觉盛宴。

2.Facade | Wide Landscape

Grand Mansion adopts the design of all-glass curtain wall to break the sense of boundary, especially considering the coordination with the park environment, extending the surface of glass, and using glass on the wall between the windows and floating windows.

And the panoramic glass curtain wall design, break through the sense of space, the garden view into the interior, providing residents with 270° IMAX level landscape surface, about 29 metres of the park surrounded by the curtain view, enjoy the visual feast of the boundless garden view.

3.细节 | 线色美学

我们强调每一寸细节的打磨，通过运用金属装饰线条，勾勒建筑之美，赋予建筑外观丰富层次与立体质感。

整体幕墙色调简洁大方，着墨于灰色、白色等中性色彩，与周边环境渐次交融，达成柔和的视觉过渡效果。

3.Details | Aesthetics

We emphasise the polishing of every inch of details, and outline the beauty of the building through the use of metal decorative lines, giving the building appearance rich layers and three-dimensional texture.

The overall colour of the curtain wall is simple and generous, focusing on neutral colours such as grey and white, gradually blending with the surrounding environment to achieve a soft visual transition effect.

4.材料 | 耐用节能

外立面采用玻璃幕墙加铝板的组合。玻璃幕墙通透灵动，视野开阔，为居住空间注入光亮与通透感；而铝板则具有耐候性与易于维护的特质，经历岁月洗礼仍能保持美观。

在选材上，采用双层中空玻璃、Low-E玻璃，隔热性能出色，能够有效降低能耗，响应节能环保的绿色理念。

4. Materials | Durable and energy-saving

The facade is a combination of glass curtain wall and aluminium panels. The glass curtain wall is translucent and dynamic, with a wide view, injecting light and a sense of transparency into the living space; the aluminium panels are weather-resistant and easy-to-maintain, can remain beautiful even after years.

In terms of material selection, double-layer insulating glass and Low-E glass are used, which have excellent thermal insulation performance and can effectively reduce energy consumption, responding to the green concept of energy saving and environmental protection.
