本案以现代风格为基调，巧妙融入中古元素，通过多元材质的叠用构建空间层次。公共区域采用几何线条与体块结构划分功能区，黑色木饰面与暖木色调结合提升温度感，在简约设计中渗透生活气息。

This project anchors itself in a contemporary style while thoughtfully integrating mid-century elements, building spatial depth through layered material textures. In the communal areas, geometric lines and volumetric structures subtly demarcate functional zones. The interplay of dark wood panelling with warm timber tones adds tactile warmth, allowing minimalist design principles to coexist with an inviting, lived-in atmosphere.

打破传统电视墙的设计套路，给设计做减法，运用简练的造型进行设计，大面积的留白区域让空间更灵活可变，为业主日后的自由创作及陈列提供可能性。

This design consciously departs from conventional television wall tropes, adopting a pared-back philosophy through clean-lined forms. Strategic negative space creates an adaptable canvas, deliberately left understated to empower residents with future flexibility for personal creative expression and curated displays.

阳台休闲阅读区采用粗犷仿水磨石木饰面与蓝色肤感木饰面，通过材质肌理的戏剧性对话强化空间张力。

The balcony reading nook employs a material dialectic between fluted terrazzo-inspired wood veneer and navy tactile satin-finish paneling, where contrasting surface treatments the organic striations of vertically grained cladding juxtaposed against monochromatic lacquered planes generate kinetic visual tension through textural counterpoint.

壁炉与温润木地板围合休憩区，装饰画可在木框内自由置换，在适应不断变化的美学叙事的同时实现空间连续性。

The hearth, anchored by richly patinated hardwood flooring, defines a cocooning seating enclave. A modular framing system permits seasonal rotation of curated artworks within the timber-clad perimeter, achieving spatial continuity while accommodating evolving aesthetic narratives.

暖色系餐厅搭配深色系厨房形成强烈的视觉对比，大理石、木饰面、不锈钢等多种材质的碰撞。

The dining area's warm-toned scheme sets up a striking visual counterpoint to the moody kitchen palette. This culinary theatre orchestrates a material interplay where honed marble surfaces, timber veneer cladding and brushed steel finishes engage in a sophisticated textural dialogue, their contrasting personas harmonising through considered tonal balance.

木饰面吊顶将双动线更具整体感，悬浮柜体底部嵌入线性光指引动线，隐形门缝精准对位木纹肌理。

The wood-clad ceiling system unifies dual circulation paths through continuous grain alignment, its tectonic articulation enhanced by undercarriage-integrated linear LEDs in suspended millwork that emit 3000K circadian lighting for intuitive wayfinding. This crafted ensemble achieves material continuity with blind-joint detailing where door seams dissolve into end grain patterns at 0.5mm tolerance, actualizing a phenomenology of wholeness through precision joinery.
