原始平面图

此案例的原始户型存在部分问题，原始的厨房位置阻挡了部分客厅的视野，使公共区域的视觉开阔性下降。同时主卧卫生间尺寸十分狭小，影响日常使用。

The original layout of this case has some issues, as the original kitchen position obstructs the view of some living rooms, resulting in a decrease in visual openness in public areas. At the same time, the size of the master bedroom bathroom is very small, which affects daily use.

我们修改了项目的整体布局。首先取消了入户处卫生间的淋浴功能并缩小其尺寸，为入户门厅预留了充足的空间。而后调整了厨房的方向，使客厅与餐厅处于同一空间，相互呼应，整个公共区域的视觉尺度得到提升。最后取消了原始的书房，将其重新划分为主卧的卫生间，提高使用舒适度。

e have modified the overall layout of the project. Firstly, the shower function of the entrance bathroom was cancelled and its size was reduced, leaving sufficient space for the entrance hall. Then the direction of t

he kitchen was adjusted so that the living room and dining room were in the same space, echoing each other, and the visual scale of the entire public area was improved. Finally, the original study was cancelled and reorganized into a master bedroom bathroom to improve user comfort.

空间效果

|入户门厅

|

入户处通过吊顶分割和材质变化引导视觉，延展整体空间观感。入户左侧为全身镜及延伸的水吧台，右侧入户柜承担常用鞋服的收纳功能。

At the entrance, visual guidance is provided through ceiling segmentation and material changes, extending the overall spatial perception. On the left side of the entrance is a full-length mirror and an extended water bar counter, while on the right side is a storage cabinet for commonly used shoes and clothing.

|客厅|

客厅顶面高于公共区域其他部分，同时将窗帘布置于飘窗内部，无形中扩大空间尺度。减少柜体面积让空间不至于臃肿，配合石材纹理将电视背景墙作为视觉焦点着重表现。

The ceili

ng of the living room is higher than other parts of the public area, and curtains are arranged inside the bay windows, invisibly expanding the spatial scale. Reduce the cabinet area to prevent the space from becoming bloated, and use the stone texture to highlight the TV background wall as the visual focus.

|餐厅|

餐厅以岛台加圆桌的形式进行组合，配合能够调整照射位置的摇臂灯，让用餐区功能更加灵活。

The restaurant is combined in the form of an island platform and a round table, and is equipped with swing arm lights that can adjust the illumination position, making the dining area more flexible in function.

|厨房|

增大厨房的收纳面积，同时扩展台面空间，配合餐厅岛台形成合理餐厨动线。扩大厨房门洞增加空间通透性，缩小生活阳台门洞尺寸保证隐私。

Increase the storage area of the kitchen, while expanding the countertop space to form a reasonable dining and kitchen flow line in conjunction with the dining island. Expand the kitchen door opening to increase spatial transparency, and reduce the size of the living balcony door opening to ensure privacy.

|主卧|

主卧采用中性色调，以白色、灰色和木色为主，营造舒适放松的氛围。深色柜体引导空间，区分主卧各功能区域，避免主卧卫生间与睡眠区域直接连通。

The master bedroom adopts a neutral color scheme, with white, gray, and wood as the main colors, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Dark cabinets guide the space, distinguish the functional areas of the master bedroom, and avoid direct connection between the master bedroom bathroom and the sleeping area.

卫生间选用壁挂马桶，占用空间的面积更小，配合开放式淋浴间和整体浅色调，扩大视觉空间观感。

The bathroom is equipped with a wall mounted toilet, which occupies a smaller space and is complemented by an open shower area and a light overall color scheme to enhance the visual perception of the space.
